6-21-19 Last time I called to place order for pick up and no one answered. I sat on hold for 20 min with a recording playing over and over reminding me to tip. Lmao for what? I finally went in to place order and mentioned the phone may not be working and the lady rolled her eyes and looked at phone and said; oh. Ok whatever. I placed order tonight and after picking up saw two long hairs on pizza. I went back to get my money back and was informed it would take 2-4 days since I used my debit card. Really? Both times there was no apology or offer to make things right. This place is unprofessional to say the least and has lost a long time customer! Also after looking at reviews it may be time to get new management and restructure the process on how customers are treated. Update 7-13-19 I have still not recieved my refund. I talked to Eduardo the general manager on 7-11-19 and was told he would get it straightened out and call me next day. Of course he did not call.    Read moreThere was a significant problem with our order (#824103479) last night, to the point that I am now requesting a refund. I ordered ahead online at 2:00 for a 6:00pm delivery. When it didn't arrive, I phoned the store and waited on hold without an answer for 15 minutes. I drove to the store to try to resolve the situation, but the line was at least 10 people deep. I then went to Ezells to get dinner. During dinner back at home, the pizza delivery person called because they were lost. I asked them twice not to deliver the pizza because I had already purchased another dinner. Our Ring camera shows the delivery person left the pizzas at our door at 7:45. They did not ring the bell even though I requested that in our order. We did not realize the pizza was outside until 9:30pm. We subsequently threw the pizzas away. What has happened to this store?    Read moreI use the Papa John's app and order carryout to this location. Over the numerous times I order carryout there, they had the food ready for pick up within a timely manner, and sometimes these are big orders coming from me.
One feedback I have, though, is that it can get difficult to tell who's next in line during busy times, especially between customer and 3rd party pick-ups. I recently experienced this when another customer and I were trying to wait our turn to enter the store, since it is quite cramped inside at the counter and were trying to adhere to social distancing. But really, I feel like this is more of a public courtesy rather than on the store đ
I can only imagine how busy it must get behind the scenes, especially during the pandemic. The staff here are doing their best. Really appreciate what everyone is able to do for the community... thank you for helping those of us out when we're unable to cook dinner immediately after work....
