My sister worked here back in the 90s, and while visiting WA from FL she wanted to check-out her first job. We stopped by around 3pm, the loby was empty, two employees were sitting in the loby chit-chatting. Nobody would come up to take our order for good 5 minutes if not more. They had an employee taking drive thru orders, people making food in the back and one employee just walking around. When asked to speak to the manager to see if it was somebody she worked with in the past, she was very hostile off-the-bat and she said that manager was not in. When we asked what her name was, she said she's not allowed to disclose that, when asked what her managers name was, she replied that she cannot disclose that either, and she wouldn't give regional managers name either. Took my sister's order and left to chit-chat with person in the drive thru, talking about things not relating to their order. I had to ask someone to take my order too, and they kept ignoring me. Read moreI was very dissatisfied with the service during my visit. When I pulled up to the intercom, the menu board showed a chicken quesadilla box, which I asked about. The employee responded by offering unrelated items and said that the quesadilla box was only available through the app. However, when I checked the app, I couldn’t find it listed anywhere, so I ended up ordering something I didn’t originally want.
At the window, the staff member—identified on my receipt as Olga L H—did not confirm my total; I had to ask for it myself. She also handed me my food without asking if I wanted any sauces. When I requested three specific types of hot sauce, she grabbed a random handful that didn’t match my request.
Additionally, both she and another employee were standing around the window area, one of them appearing to lean or sit on the counter, which came across as unprofessional. I believe some customer service and operations training would be helpful to ensure a better experience for...

So, I’m in drive thru and I order the steak version of the cheesy street chalupas, on the screen I can see that she had put cheesy steak chalupas I made certain to look at the screen to make sure they ringed up the correct order b/c at another location the same thing happened,
She verbally repeated the correct order back to me. I get to the window I don’t think to look at the receipt b/c I seen it on the screen and she verbally repeated the order back to me. So I pay and drive off. When I get to eating I realize that it’s not steak it’s chicken
I look at the receipt and it says chicken So from the time I placed my order and when I got to the window she must have changed it to chicken
