Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Renton

I've loved Pizza Hut pizza since childhood (in my late 40s now) when my parents use to take us there to build family memories. Ive seen the franxhise transform from top pizza Salon where the whole family can build memories to a cheap pizza wanna be joint with all the cheap ingredients, pizza dough, dirty stores and unmotivated staff - for what? All for the sake of profit. During My most recent visit, seems pizza hut had further lowered their bar and what used to be an underselling underwhelming boring excuse for a Tortilla thin round disk with glazed rehydrated toppings Thin crust pizza now has the misleading label of Tavern Style. Obviously, the marketing genius has never been to a Tavern to understand the difference. Deeply disappointed with the experience from the quality of flour to quality of dough to quality of cheese to quality of sauce and toppings. Guess hard decisions to be made - should I move on and build my own family memories elsewhere also as has Pizza Hut from...

Don't waste your money at this location. Food quality is below average for pizza hut and they have no delivery drivers. They use doordash for all deliveries even if you order through Pizza Hut (confirmed by an employee). Paid an $8 delivery fee +tip for a 1.5 mile delivery assuming I would get a professional pizza hut driver. Instead I got a lousy doordasher with no heat bag who couldn't be bothered to read the delivery instructions. And if your order gets screwed up or lost good luck getting compensation for it. Pizza Hut will tell you to take it up with doordash and then you have to jump through hoops with both of them until someone accepts...

Just have an observation. While waiting for my order I saw and employee answer the phone. He then went to get another employee to take the order because he was Spanish and could take the order. When the first employee took over for the 2nd employee (who was in the middle of making a pizza,)he never went to wash his hands! There were a few other in there that noticed. I also saw another employee making a pizza and scratch his head then proceeded to finish the pizza toppings.I did make a mention to an employee who only said sorry. Uh, that is usually not a good reply. I hope you have some kind of hygiene protocol in place. Makes me not want...
