just ridiculous. I should not have to plan for an extra 20-30++++ minutes in my mornings to stop at Dunkin for coffee. If I could give zero stars I woulda. And itās not about Dunkin as a whole because I love Dunkin and I literally stop at the Dunkin in Republic EVERY SINGLE DAY during the weeks. I always order ahead on the app. I literally order when Iām in Billings because I know that my is not going to be ready when I get there. Carey (the manager) has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, no sense of urgency WHATSOEVER, very obviously cannot multitask to save her life. It takes her 5 minutes to make one freakin coffee. And she never greets any customer when they walk in, never says a word to you while youāre standing there at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for her to help you or even just look in your direction. And Faith is just as bad. Almost every morning it is Carey and Faith working together alone, the screens have tons of orders in red on them, their workstations and the place is a mess when itās them working. They are rude and barely speak to you and my coffee is always either made wrong, tastes nasty, or not ready and I have to wait forever.
Mel and Nat are always great, my coffee is always ready when I get there if theyāre there. Theyāre both very nice and always greet customers, are friendly and smiling. Jacob and Jordan are both great as well, never had to wait 30+ minutes for my coffee when any of them are on shift. The place is always clean, things are stocked, thereās virtually no line or wait when itās any of these four.
The inconsistency of the coffee is so frustrating, somedays itās the best coffee Iāve ever had in my entire life and somedays itās the worst and I canāt even drink it. I have reviewed before and spoke with their branch manager. I understand changes will take time but things need to be fixed. And Iām not the only customer who feels this way, there are many people I see every morning there waiting, just as angry and frustrated with the staff here as I am. Numerous times going through the drive thru for 2 drinks and 2 breakfast items they have sent us to wait for about 15 minutes with no line behind or in front. While waiting the most recent time, we noticed someone poking their head out of the back door to vape! Additionally every time we are told to āpull aroundā multiple employees come out and have a smoke break. Every time we order donuts (in the morning keep in mind) they have been stale. The last time we went we ordered two large size drinks with light ice and they were only filled a little over half with coffee. At that point we shouldāve been charged for a medium at the most. We were told āsince you asked for light ice we canāt fill it up completelyā. I have never had this issue with any other restaurant, if you ask for less ice then that means less ice, the drink should always fill the top. Other times when we have not asked for light ice the drink still does not fill the entire cup and we can take at most 4 sips and no more coffee meaning it always has way too much ice (per why we asked for light ice) I will never go to this store again and since have told everyone I know not to come to this location because of how poorly it is managed...
