Mak's Roast Beef & Pizza — Restaurant in Revere

Worst experience ever ..terrible food .. Terrible service .. Terrible resturaunts .. Terrible people Spent 30 dollars on a delivery at 8 with my card .ordered a pizza that was cold. Steak and cheese with extra cheese that was just cold steak without cheese and most importantly a veggie sub (told the woman only veggies my girlfriend religion says she cannot eat meat) . I was told 30 mins .. Showed up at 915 with incorrect sub (was suppose to be a veggie sub had every different meat in the kitchen on this sub) and negative 2 gatorades that I also paid for . Noticed the gatorades first called back they said they will bring them . Quickly after noticed the incorrect sub so I called back and was told that the delivery driver was no longer working ? 45 mins before close and also 5 min sfter I was told they would come back with the drinks I paid for .. After arguing with the unintelligent cashier I was told the owner is making a special delivery and coming back with the correct sub and appolagized and will take care of us .. 45 mins later the same troubled druggy delivery driver shows up and says we owe him $3.20 for the drinks (when we already paid for them originally and gave him a tip even tho he sucked and everything was wrong)

Guess what .. I gave him another 5 dollar bill and laughed at the fact that he didn't understand his job what so ever and probably was taking that extra 5 dollars to continue getting a crack-cocaine high while on the job .

Long story finally turning short .. Sub was a meat lovers sub again .. More meat than first time actually even tho we stressed over and over my girlfriend cannot eat meat and told them over and over what needed to be on the sub (pretty simple .. Lettuce ..'cheese ..'pickles.. And oil.. "Only" .."nothing else")! When called again it was 1'minute before close so we were told they are closing and they can't help us . I began to get angry and start to ask to speak with a manager and was hung up on . Called back store was closed for night. Great customer service for a customer who spent 30 dollars on a bunch of food that is too gross to eat with no drinks that he paid for and a meat lovers sub for a veggierain girlfriend .. Lol worst roast...

I am a student at Revere High School. And When My parent told me they were hiring in this place. I went to speak with the manager. And guess what? I did got the job, and when I went for my first day shift. She didn't trained me well, and the man who cooks the food and everything told me what had happen to the girl that used to work there. So I worked to weeks right? And she always said "When do you think you could do it?" And I said, "In two weeks if you train me very well." But she never understood me, I asked her if she needed me on Sundays, she said no. She would text my parent and said "Tell Beatriz I don't need her." But when I went to work I said, "Maria you need me tomorrow right?" and she said, "Yes." And I always went to work until, one day that wasn't busy she told me I could live early, and if she needed my she would call me, but that's one thing. She lied, and she never paid me the 2 weeks I work for her. I am a senior at Revere High School. And this is called child labor, Because she used me without training me well. She would always go sit, and call her family. Or watch videos. And never bother to ask if I need help so I could improve working at Mak's. Now it is hard to find a job I am 17 years old. And it's embarrassing to see that the manager didn't paid me. And just basically used me. May God pardon them. And even the Guy who was my code-worker told me things she did to the other girl and including him. He has work there for 13 years. I just want to let everyone know the truth. And I know that one day they will need me. I just hope she paids me the 2 weeks. Please help me, because this isn't right thing to do. To a high...

Could of been an off day for establishment. I've never been there before. Been on highway all day. Drove through Revere and stopped at first take-out restaurant I saw. I just wanted two slices of pizza to go to fill my stomach. The two remaining slices looked like they were there from last week. I past on unappealing slices. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad wheat wrap. They did not have wheat. I went with plsin wrap. Had to wait 15mins for a simple wrap. Where they cook food and prepare, there is no line of site. I've ordered Chicken Ceasar Salad wraps for decades. They're all made the same. So I thought. I grabbed my wrap to go. Sat in vehicle to eat a few bites. There were no croutons! There wasn't any romaine lettuce. Just your standard filler lettuce. There wasn't any shards of freshly grated Parmesan cheese. The chicken was tasteful. Lastly the woman at the counter was tinkering in a Garden Salad to go plastic bin with her fingers, then I see her place said bin in mini glass fridge. Prior I watched her answer phone calls, touch counter, rub her hand through her hair, tinker in salad bin, then placed in fridge. She was wearing no protective rubber gloves.
