I am too disappointed in chicken royal and its administrative mechanisms. I placed an online order directly from the royal chicken webside and the order was canceled with the sole reason that the restaurants were very busy and could not process my order. Not satisfied with that, they charged my debit card for $ 39.76, then they sent me an email telling me that they were very sorry not to be able to process my order but that my money will be returned in the next 5 business days to my bank account again. Very outraged by what happened, I called pollos royal directly in search of a more just and equitable solution for me as a consumer and what I get is a totally capitalist solution. The girl who answers the call tells me that the money that they deducted from my card has not yet been reflected to them since this requires filters (filters that we as consumers should not assume) and that she recommended me to make the order again directly by call since the same thing could happen to me again online (in conclusion, she accepted that buying online is not safe) but when placing the order by phone I had to pay again 39.76 for me the order will arrive. So I am too disappointed in royal chicken that, despite being such a large and recognized entity, they have such unfair and capitalist solutions as the one I am proposing above. Was at the cash register as I was paying for my food once she gave me the total I politely handed her the cash in her hand when she gave back the change she slammed it on the counter and left me with my hand extended waiting for her to hand me the change the same way I did. I find it extremely disrespectful when someone does that but you know what everyone makes mistake and I let that one go, I went back to the cooler and grabbed a water to see if it was a mistake maybe she will apologize or maybe she did it without realizing how disrespectful it was but not..she did it again I stud there with my hand extended waiting for my change. I said thank you 3 times and I was ignore all three time, I drive 45min to get to this location because I like the service however as long as she is there I will not step foot in the location again. If she sees this review she will know exactly who it is (the 3 leches guy). My boyfriend went there a few times as well and they keep getting him the wrong order EVERY SINGLE TIME, which is frustrating.
