This is like the 100th time this specific McDonald’s has forgotten something in my order. This time they forgot a large fry. Usually I check the bag as I know something is always messed up. However I was in a rush. I got home and again they were incapable of doing their job correctly. Yes I called and the manager offered to give me a fry, but I would have to drive back. The point is that I’ll have to waste more time out of my night to go fix a mistake this McDonald’s makes frequently. I would love to see management and employees stop their little trick they do with clearing their orders to get their serving times faster on their screens. If they did this then maybe their orders would have a higher degree of accuracy. Unfortunately this practice has been going on since I was a teenager at 16 working at a McDonald’s many years ago. Fundamentally a company who puts so much pressure to reach a certain serve time will sacrifice their quality due to employees finding ways to inefficiency meet their time quotas. Regretfully it seems as though accuracy is not a metric that McDonald’s cares about as a mistake is dealt with face to face and not recorded down to create a metric by which anyone in corporate McDonald’s settings can create systems in place to prevent...
Read moreThe staff is treated us rude and disrespectfully. I’m absolutely disgusted we asked if they had a certain beverage and they didn’t answer and started being aggressive and told us to pull up to the pay. It wasn’t the person collecting the money who took our order it was a women. We had repeated about 10 times for 20 piece and they still didn’t understand what we had to say. Truthfully I don’t have any idea how Mc.Donald’s is hiring people because after we talked to the lady about the order she was still rude to us and then went in the back and started mocking us in the back in Spanish. Just horrible never going to there again and we bought breakfast yesterday was the same thing. The workers seem to not fluently speak English do better when hiring looks like Mc.Donald’s is just desperate...
Read morereally Mc Donald's was very good, it seems to me that they are only thinking about reducing the snack and forgetting about the quality, you order a big mc, when it arrives totally miniature. Big Tasty, one of the best hamburgers I had today, no longer exists, I feel that little by little they are self-destructing, it seems that they are waiting for another company to emerge and end the whole Mc Donald's story. remembering that they grew a lot due to the quality/flavor of the hamburger and agility in the delivery process. Today they continue with a fast delivery process and have lost a lot of quality. I hope that one day this will change, think about it again, maybe do a campaign with the return of some old hamburgers for them to feel if what I'm saying...
