I donāt like complaining about customer service but I feel like with this I need too- this is by FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! 10 freaking hours to get antibiotics for my son ! We usually go to Rite Aid across the street but because He is allergic to amoxicillin he needs a special kind of antibiotic... Walgreens was the only pharmacy around that had it ... they told us at 1pm that they would call as soon as the prescription was ready (2 hours they said) because we were already waiting for a few hours trying to find this medication. We call them around 7pm because we never got the call back only for them to tell us that they donāt have the medicine- Why couldnāt they call us and let us know that the medication was not on hand sooner knowing that we were looking for this specific medication??? We decided to go directly to the store to find out if any other Location has it - the baby really needs the first dose as he has a bad ear infection and needs to be treated ASAP... While Iām in the car, my husband calls me and says ā they have the prescriptionā ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!!!!!!!! Their excuse was āit was put to the sideā HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHERE THE MEDICATION IS AT ALL TIMES?! The cherry on top Is that they asked if my son has a phone number AFTER taking down his birthday (his birth year 2016) really? A 1yr old with a his own phone ?! Right !! Then they put Rite Aid number as our number AFTER we specifically wrote down our number . We gave them our address and they got that wrong too. Needless to say it is now almost 11pm and I did not give my son his dose of medication and Iām not planning on it until I confirm with the Manager tomorrow morning because at this point I DONT...

I'm 65 and have many illnesses that require meds. And I don't want to change as all my prescription is there but afraid to go back. They make you suffer instead of helping and your faxed prescription is always in cloud loss Yesterday I picked my hardcopy up told them I'll be going through drivethru so my Dr could see what was being done to me,Laura a tech there told me they are very busy and I would have to wait lol They always alternate on window so I rang buzzer and said I would be in to get it. There was one person there and they were not backed up. She bent over so she did not have to look at me,rude ,bad for business and should be fired along with others there. I'm afraid to fill my pills as they might put wrong one in bottle. Tech fill them and pharmacist goes through the motions of opening bottle cap and quickly scanning script. I know the drill. Iwant some compensation at this point and I will engage legal help as #1fire this Laura and Chris the pharmacy manager needs to go to how to treat people school. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHow is it that you advertise a product on sale and you place product in front of the sale sign and when a customer gets the products rung up at a different price and you let the shift supervisor at the store know of the error the store has made by placing the wrong product in the sale area , and of the prices being incorrect and you let know that it needs to be corrected either taking the sign down or removing the incorrect product and again yhe store supervisor catches an attitude and for the sake of not arguing you let know that the location has given you a bitter taste about the store for it's the 2nd time in a week that situation happens and all the customer gets ia an ok don't come back and walks away....how unprofessional and disrespectful is that...is that what you teach your supervisors, is that how the company wants to be seen as another company not even worth coming to or dealing with anymore. I have been a customer of Walgreens my entire life but not any more. Your location on Broadway and Fernwood St in Revere Ma shall never recieve my business again and I shall be sharing this negative experience for the 2nd time on social media. Your supervisors are very rude and nonchalant about how they treat customers....
