Horable!!! I don't even know where to begin, okay let me start with it's 930pm and the line in the drive thru was crazy so I went in well that was mistake number 1, even though the line in the drive thru was slow as molasses the line inside was slower than that at least in the car I could have been listening to music, well it's my turn to order now let's not forget "it's my turn so there was someone in front if me who also struggled with communication, the cashier didnt speak a lick if English like not even the menu come on people before they are in front at a register teach then the MENU maybe have them cook and learn to speak the menu. So needless to say I should have stayed in the drive thru at least there was the manager who was working the drive thru but the women in front was trying to charge me 16.58$ for 4 small frosties chocolate and a crispy chicken go wrap ya pretty much 17$ so I knew they order was wrong but she kept asking me for the money I almost gave her the 20$ then was like to the other women working the drive thru she needs help and I got a look like I had ten heads at this point I am aggravated but I am such a patient person I waited for the manager to be walking back out front there she is I say can you please help her with my order she says we dont have 50 cent frosty any more I said yes I am aware of that considering it came to 16 and change but I only wanted 4 small chocolate and a chicken go wrap so she fixes it and I asked her to cancel the wrap cause I knew she didn't understand I didnt want sauce so I canceled it and it was still like 6.78$ for 4 small frosties what I said she said oh you wanted small I said yes please she said she had it as medium and even the managers English was broken dont get me wrong I am not prejudice 2 of my children are Spanish very well spoken in both Spanish and English me on they other hand can speak a bit of it bearly write English have no grammar skills at all but I know how to do my job and every aspect of it and I think when I am paying for something we should get that as a courtesy. Yes as a courtesy they should speak the language of the country they are in before they get a job working with people who speak English... maybe this is more of a rant than a review but none the less it was...
Read moreI stopped by the Wendy’s in Revere and ordered a meal that was supposed to come with French fries. Instead, they gave me double chicken nuggets. No problem—I went to the counter and asked for the fries. The employee turned to her coworker and said, “Give me chicken friends.” I figured that must be how they refer to fries in that combo, so I asked, “Are those fries made of potato or chicken?”
Out of nowhere, another employee, who was definitely not part of the conversation, jumped in and blurted out, “IT’S FRENCH FRIES!”—as if correcting my English. First of all, nobody asked him. Second, if he’s such a grammar expert, why is he working the fry station? If you’re going to randomly insert yourself into conversations, at least have something useful to say.

Read moreI love the food here it is always really good and delicious. But I get extremely mad when they always mess up my order. If you want people too come too your place have people whi can do there job and listen too the order, whenever we order we are very loud and clear when we speak and order. Or if you want too listen and you can't hear because of the drive thru machines then get a better one so it actually works or just do windows order. But the food is very good and the inside is nice but no need too give the bathroom a lock give me a good reason why because it is very dumb and that stuff is annoying.
