Arby's — Restaurant in Rexburg

Oh hey Arby’s in Rexburg, just wanted to swing by and let you know how a REAL company handles an issue they have when one of their employees doesn’t “step up to the leadership role.” When someone in a managerial position doesn’t do something as simple as, oh I don’t know, sayyyy enforcing an employee or two to wear an apron, that MIGHT be where a DECENT, RESPECTABLE company issues a warning or gives said manager a write up. Firing the manager in an instance like this seems a bit extreme, don’t you think? Never mind the fact that this manager bends over BACKWARDS for other employees and your company EVERY SINGLE DAY, or has NEVER taken a sick day except for when he had a major surgery. Never mind the fact that this manager has a family and mouths to feed at home. I’m sure firing him was still the right thing to do, no? The way you run your business and treat your loyal, hard-working employees is absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give you less than one star for the weak excuse of a “business” that you are. I would say that I hope your entire establishment burns to the ground, but maybe that’s a little unrealistic. Instead, I’ll just sit back and enjoy the show as your store figuratively burns itself to the ground because of how you treat your employees. Enjoy the karma that’s absolutely coming your way. I...

The only reason it's not 5+ stars 🌟 is not only can the amount only be 5 at the most but because I'm not satisfied with the ham & cheese sliders which don't get me wrong they taste fanfreakingtabulous!, It's just with the Hawaiian Bread the taste of the ham, cheese and bread mixed together exploded a flavor that doesn't have a name as of yet onto my family and my taste buds. So much so no other bread, no other company, no other slider will EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER BEAT ARBY'S Ham & Cheese Slider on Hawaiian Bread 🍞 Rolls! Ever, Ever!! Please, please, please, please Arby's for the Love of the good Lawd above bring the ham & cheese on Hawaiian Bread/Roll back FULL TIME & PERMANENTLY?! I Promise with all my broken, used, stomped on heart & tired, worn out, loving soul NO ONE will get tired of this particular slider!! I could eat these and only these 3x's a day ever day for 5 years straight (I'd put my hand on a holy Bible & swear to it) & Never, Ever tire of eating it!! The roast beef & Swiss cheese sandwich with ranch sauce isn't too bad either. The employees should listen better when someone says little lettuce not to put spinach or broccoli whatever it was on the sandwiches multiple times! Had to throw them away...

Updated review: I’ve been the Arby’s twice since the past review and have been very pleased with the customer service. I came in one time for a catering order and had forgot to confirm it with they manager so they didn’t have it ready. Totally my fault but they were kind and got the order for 27 people ready with in 10 minutes. It was amazing!! I went just this weekend and over heard a customer expressing how “upset” he was to one of the staff. I was surprised and impressed by the staff member, Camryn and her response to the customer.

Walked in and no one was at the cash register so we had to wait to order. After asking a guy to help he asked someone else to come over. There were about 3 groups that already had their food and were eating so I have no idea to why the cashier was gone. She also seemed annoyed to help us. Besides the service, the food was really good!
