Burger King in General, as well as many other fast food places has become "to big for its britches" so to speak, meaning that they think too highly of their name and their products to be worth the experience of eating there. I have noticed that Burger King's products have decreased in quality, and have increased hugely in price, so I see no reason for anyone to go there. You get a triple Whopper with cheese for almost $8.00, that's JUST the sandwich, and the taste is no longer special or unique. The Rexburg Burger King has prices that are way too high, food that is way too bland and too small for the price, waiting times that rival hospital waiting periods, and to top it off, the service is barely passable. The employees probably get the orders wrong on average of 1/3 of the time, which for the price is unacceptable, and they are very unkempt, sloppy and even unclean sometimes, using the same rubber gloves to make several orders. All in all, the service and quality plus the haughty prices make Burger King a dinosaur. My advice is, go pay $10.00, and get enough fixings to make four burgers, with sides and a drink and just take the time to cook your own food. I asked them twice not to put mayonnaise on my sandwich, because I am allergic and they wrote it down correctly and read it back correctly, but still put mayo on the burger. I had an allergic reaction which could have landed me in the hospital and all the manager would agree to was more FOOD! Like I almost die and you offer me free food?? Yeah, I wish I had the money to...

Went through this drive-thru for breakfast with my grandmother after leaving the vet in Rigby. Got our drinks, two Coke zeros, hers with cherry and vanilla...they tasted nothing like what we ordered. So she had me go inside and see if we could get replacements. Didn't think it would be too much to ask. Never had a problem with it before.
Go inside, let the lady know (young blonde woman) we don't think she gave us the right drinks. She responds, "You just came through the drive thru?" I said yeah ."Well sorry if it tastes off but I'm the one who filled those drinks and I know they're right" and walked away. And it wasn't busy we were the only car in the drive-thru and the only people in there. It was at about 10: 50 on March 1st.
..... I've only worked a few jobs and I don't even believe"customer is always right " but really? I would have apologized and offered a cup for them to fill it the Coke freestyle machine right there in the lobby. But nope. "Sorry I did it right sucks to suck drink the drink I made so confidently correct". We threw the drinks away and bought bottles from the Good to Go next door. Should have gone to McDonald's for breakfast...
