This was my first time traveling to this part of the state of Idaho and I chose this hotel because of its good reviews on Google and its excellent price. Upon arriving, I was pleased with my first impression: friendly and attentive staff, clean lobby, well maintained property and all the bells and whistles you’d get from other hotels that charge twice as much. The beds were comfortable, the rooms smelled clean, the water pressure was good, and everything worked great. The breakfast was also wonderful with many options to choose from. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, bagels, danish, muffins, fruit, a waffle machine and more! Plus if you showed up towards the end of breakfast time, they don’t take the food away until you finish eating! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and cozy to be in, plus the exercise room is well kept too. There is also a big fireplace with comfortable sofas in the lobby area with free newspapers and a work desk with free Internet so you can check your email or whatever. Literally every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly…and I was even invited to the casino by a couple of them! Hahaha! I couldn’t go, but it’s the thought that counts. Housekeeping was a pleasure to interact with, no doubt. This hotel is what I expect from a top notch hotel in terms of service, friendliness, quality and value. I give them my highest rating and recommend them to...
Read moreI’m a frequent traveler 🧳 and I always appreciate a nice hotel with a great stay me and my husband were leaving from Vegas we were extremely tired and wanted some alone time we stopped at this hotel online it stated it had a king suite with jacuzzi tub but we had to get a queen room which upon getting in the room already had a smell to it which I complained to my husband as me being a former housekeeper and inspector for 6 years I pulled the blankets back to find stains on the bed which I politely got my keys n told my husband I’m sleeping in the car he got all our things n tried to get a refund which never happened she just moved us to another room we go in other room same outdated furniture but no stains n it was fresh but not only did we weren’t satisfied when we leave then check our account we were over charged accused of smoking which hotel policy if someone is smoking in a room automatically is asked to leave the premises and 250 charge n no refund back to the real issue we complained about stains n a smell to be charge for what we complained about is unprofessional and when we tried to explain the situation the front desk rude no customer service unprofessional attitude hung up in my husband face these are examples of companies taking advantage of people I would never recommend no one to stay at a place like this nevertheless hope you all stay well from the virus 🦠 this...
Read moreMy husband and I stay in a themed suite every year for our anniversary; so far we've done three at this location. Most recently we stayed in the Mayan Paradise room. The design theme is incorporated into every element of the suite with a high level of attention to details. The lights all have dimmer switches, which is nice for setting the mood (although it was as dark as a cave when we checked in; I think it would be nice if they had it set up so that you got the full effect when you walk in). The suites all include a jetted tub and shower, TV/DVD, fridge and microwave, and they leave a bottle of sparkling cider with two champagne flutes in the room along with a pack of microwave popcorn. The front desk and cleaning staff were both friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the breakfast: I went down an hour before it ended, but most of the pastries and nearly all of the breads were gone. Of the pastries and muffins that were still there, all of them appeared to include nuts, which I'm allergic to. I should add that there was a big soccer tournament here this weekend, and the hotel was more full than I've ever seen it before, so that could explain the slim pickings. Overall, we love this hotel and would...
