Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Rialto

Their burritos are a little bigger than the burritos from Miguel's Jr. That's the only good thing I can say about their food. They don't taste very good and it's difficult to finish them, not because they're too big, but because they don't taste that good. The only reason my husband went there tonight was because it was raining so hard, he didn't want to drive all the way to Fontana for burritos. Big mistake. He ordered our (bland) burritos and then asked for a side of chips and a side of guacamole. They gave him a container full of chips, with cold cheese and guacamole dumped all over it. What a nasty mess! (See pictures) It looked like someone's week old leftovers, and the guacamole was already brown. He went back in and explained that he didn't want all that conglomeration, just some chips by themselves and a side of guacamole by itself. They offered no apology, gave him no credit for the pile of garbage they had already given him, and then they said, "you'll have to pay for those!" So he ended up paying for their mess and then paid a second time for the chips and guacamole. Once he got home, we opened the chips and found they were covered in cheese and looked old and nasty! The guacamole was old and brown already, like before, and was filled with diced tomatoes - more tomatoes than avocado! We threw it all away and he didn't go back. He said it's not worth the effort or the expense for them to try a third time to get it right. Alberto's definitely won't be getting our business again! The food and the customer service stink! I always buy food here and its really good. Today I felt like eating a carnitas torta I was eating it with such pleasure then I felt what I thought was a bone in it so I take it out my mouth and continue eating. I got full and put the other half away for later. Then as I go to eat it after a little while I open it and to my surprise what I thought was a bone ended up being half of a toothpick. I called the place to let them know about it they did ask if I wanted to get another order but that wasn't the case. I told them I wanted to report the incident that way they can be more careful while preparing our orders. Now that I had this bad experience I don't thing I wanna go to this location...

Honestly I come her sometimes and it is always really good and hot. Just went there and got two salsa for a carne asada fry. The salsa turned out good, but come on two salsa for a huge fry? I call back only to ask how many for a burrito... 2.... There's always a time in our lives when we don't get what we want, and times we have to complain. I don't believe this discredits anything but how to teach new hires. May there be at least three salsa for the carne asada fry, if 7/2=1 and 10/3=1 I'd get enough salsa.
