Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rialto

Ordered a Chese Pretzel Crust Pizza online.Went to pick it up & noticed the crust was not the usual dark brown that the Pretzel Pizza has. Was told by the employee working the front not to worry. Said they ran out of baking soda which they put on top of the crust and gives it that pretzel look. That the baking soda does not affect the flavor. And my pizza would taste the same as usual. Got home took one bite and felt like I had been swindled. The store was closed and there was no one to call. I took a picture of the pizza and threw it out. If I had to guess it was their cheesy crust. Tried calling the store today, No answer. So I essentially paid $9 for one bite of the wrong pizza. I'm sure this is not representative of how every customer interaction goes with this location. But knowing that they employ cold stone liars makes me think this is a store I can not trust. I personally will not go there again. Was my first time going to any Little Caesars in many years may be my last. Pizza Hut or Dominoes from now on. If you go to this location beware the employees will lie and lie again to get you to walk out that door with some kind of pizza but possibly not the one you want. Cold...

Bought a hot and ready pizza around noon today and never opened the box not once (which I normally do to check if it is the right order) sadly today I was in a rush and did not. When we got home my kids and I opened the box and 3 to four flies flew out of the box. I asked my boys if anyone hadpossibly opened the box without me knowing just to make sure and no one had. Plus we had just brought it home. It gets worse. I then notice these little white/beige things that look like microscopic grains of rice and I immediately asked my middle son to look up what fly eggs look like... We were horrified and disgusted when we noticed the picture of fly eggs was identical to what was on the pizza. I then searched how long it takes for eggs to form on food and learned that it takes hours if not more and that flys nor ally lay eggs on things that we're rotting. We had to throw the whole pizza out. My boys and I have always come here as it is the closest little ceasers to us but...

I did an online order at 8:38 p.m. my order by 9:30 p.m. was still not ready by the time I finally was approached by the girl behind the counter I had been standing in line for 5 minutes there's so many people in this little store the line was out the door and nobody was being helped my pizza had been sitting on the counter for as long as I was standing there plus I'm sure longer than when I got there by the time I finally got it in my hands it was cold not to mention the employees that were working there was a girl wearing shorts that her was showing her butt one of the gentlemen working was wearing sunglasses give me a break what is wrong with people these days there's no sense of urgency in the workforce there is no self-respect or respect for the company that they work for and it's just a travesty I am blown away I can now say I've seen it all I do not recommend this Little...
