I’m not too sure where to start. First of all, the girl took forever to take my order at the speaker box. Secondly, waited 15 minutes to receive my order (I timed it), third, when the ey inevitably messed up my order, I didn’t even try to argue, I simply asked for my money back (since I had waited already 20 minutes total) I was not trying to wait for the to remake anything. I asked for a refund and the girl simply stated “I can’t do refunds.” Like girl what? I did the survey on the receipt and asked for a manager to call me and it’s been a week and no one has contacted me. So if anybody tries to reply to my comment saying that they’ll reach out to me, I really hope that someone does reach out to me. I have never had such poor customer service anywhere else. Oh, and when I was leaving, I told the customer that was in the drive-through to not even waste his time because they take too long at this location and he said thanks for the heads up and back up and left. If nothing is done in regards to this, I will make sure I let everybody know not to frequent...
Read more10:45 at night and drive-thru shut down (odd since the GPS says they are open till midnight) lights are on so I go to the door, all the chairs are on the table and the doors are locked (again odd, since the times on the door say that the dining room and the drive-thru are open til midnight - pretty sad when my son worked til 10:30 (at another fast food place) and he hadn’t eaten all day and wanted Arby’s… guess not because some workers don’t want to work the hours posted).
Take Two: Approximately a month later, thought I’d try again and about 11:10PM same thing, drive thru shut down and lobby locked - obviously not open till midnight
Management told me to tell the what happened on another email the first time this happened I took the time to do so, got no feed back and apparently the issue has not been resolved either.
Now here on Yelp I can’t leave a second complaint even though it is a completely separate incident which just happens to be for...

I was the only customer (inside), however, one young man was hanging at the counter, another came in a few minutes later with a female employee. The 2nd youngman, seemed to know the other. A lot of flirting, the 2nd young man went behind the counter, the girl gave him her headphone, no washing of hands from either one of them. He may have worked there but off duty, not dressed in uniform. A lot of staff for very few customers(1), as I began to leave, a female employee was blocking the exit talking to the two young men. I always go in to see how hygienic the employees are who are making my food since the pandemic. If a couple of girls who are behind the counter playing with their hair, no handwashing, I can't or will not return. I love Arbys, but sanitary actions...
