Armandos mexican food — Restaurant in Rialto

I give this place a big 0. First i drive and i cant see the menu due to no lighting but with my postive and hungry mind i use the light from my phone. I had to repeat myself couple times when ordering food because she couldnt here me. As i drive to the window a girl that looks way younger than 16 years old was running the cash register. Anyways as my positive and patient minde paid and waited for my food. As im sitting here for about 10 mins im looking thru the window and noticed a woman with no gloves tounching tounching food scooping french fries wiping them on her jeans and shes and handling the food continously i sat and still waited for my food. So by now at least 20 minutes have gone by the lady was arguing with the kid that was handling register comes up to the window and slams the food on her counter and asked if have order zucchinis and had a whole different order that was not what i ordered. When looking up good Mexican food. This came across as a great place to eat looked in online pricing was reasonable but when arriving at the establishment the pricing was not the same as the website online. For the pricing of the (2) combo plates of 2 chicken tacos rice and beans meal to be $15 and just lettuce and cheese with no chicken is ridiculous and very unsettling. My husband and I went in yesterday 5/26/19, ordered the family meal which was six burgers-fries & drinks.
