Food was excellent, I especially enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros which is what I ordered!

I would like to say the food was hot garbage but that would imply that the food was actually hot. I ordered chicken fried steak mashed potatoes and vegetables. The chicken fried steak tasted fishy. The mashed potatoes were cold on the inside and the vegetables were rubbery and cold. The gravy on top of my chicken fried steak was white gravy and it was bland tasteless and cold. The staff was not very much better we asked to order dessert and we were told we could not because they did not have the staff to do it but they had plenty of staff to come harass me over and over about me telling them that the food wasn't good and then I would not be back. The Calimesa location is where I ate and it'll be the last time I will ever eat there again. You would think with four other locations they would have this down...

My dad and I came here for breakfast this morning and while we were eating (food was tasting great), a roach crawled onto the table. My dad killed the roach and we told the staff about it. The server apologized and told her manager. She came back and told us the best she can do is give us a discount. We were disappointed because we had already lost our appetite. The server came back again, and told us the food is now free. We didn’t pay anything at the end and bugs happen, but the service could use some improvement. The manager never apologized themself and they hesitated about their decision to have us pay or not. This place could be better. We will not be coming back.
