I love Starbucks. I will go out of my way or spend an extra 10 min to go to one that gets our order right and has employees who are kind and respectful. This Starbucks gave us a burnt bagel, explained that cream cheese isn’t free, not a big deal I’ll pay for it I was just asking why the app doesn’t give that option because when I order online I get cream cheese at all other locations. Annnd she was sarcastic when I told her this was the worst starbucks. Not only did “Kat” want to know what location might’ve given us “free cream cheese” but she also said she will tell her manager, so I asked her to tell her manager we said this is the worst Starbucks we’ve been to, this was our second visit in 1 week. She sarcastically said “oh, thank you!” Instead of offering to fix their mistakes. Anyone can easily say “I’m so sorry let me fix that for you!” This chick just brushes us off and doesn’t care and her coworker just watches 🤦♀️ I had to ask for an extra cup because she handed us one of the drinks covered in caramel all on the outside, I saw her reaction yet she ignored it and gave us a messy cup 💀 I asked if they had napkins this time. Because according to her last time, they don’t have napkins.
My drink was made wrong but I was already annoyed with the burnt food and the sticky cup I just took our crap and left .
Poor customer service at this location. Long wait time. Burnt cold food. The drinks aren’t made right. Idk how this location...

I just left the new this one here on baseline and Riverside in Rialto I go to Starbucks almost every day and just get a simple iced espresso and I recently started going to this because it is a little bit closer but today I had the most rude encounter with a short haired girl that worked here for absolutely no reason I don’t know that she was just having a bad day maybe whatever it may be. It was completely uncalled for she basically was being rude to me because I placed an online order only five minutes before and kept telling me that I needed to keep going around because the order wasn’t ready however there was literally nobody there so I was like well there’s no one behind me. Read moreCame here for the first time to buy gift cards for Easter. Bought 6 gift cards with $10 each. This morning as I’m writing out the names for each gift card I check the receipt and GC and there is one card number that does not match the ones given. The balance on one of the gift cards given has $0 balance. Not sure if this was done on purpose or by accident. But I’m missing $10. So check those gift cards when you leave this location!
UPDATE: called the number as requested. They said I had to go in the store to get my $10 back or a gift card card with MY $10 on it. I told them it would be out of my way to go to this location. I’ve seen co-workers call and complain about an extra ice cube in their drink and they get a refund/credit back for their $8 drink. I’ve never had an issue with Starbucks and I'm very disappointed that they can’t make this right without inconveniencing me. So again check your Gift Cards at this location or just skip Starbucks...
