Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rialto

UPDATE. I don't know what it is bit now this taco bell lags. The employees are nice, they're polite, and they're helpful. But holy moly are they so much slower. The past few months my average wait time is 25 minutes!!! Does that seem normal to you? Do NOT dine in because they prioritize drive through. I've ordered 15mins ahead of time so I can have it ready when I get there, I like eating out at the actual place. Food wasn't ready and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. It does not take 40 minutes to make food. PLEASE hire more employeess. They go back and forth and seem busy so I'm not blaming them, the manager needs ri hire more people.

Sometimes when me and boyfriend go, a female won't look at me but will be nice to him. He found a black hair (not my hair color) in his nacho taco supreme. I'm not going back, they've been slow, rude and/or...

Tried ordering online but wouldn't go through for some reason. Originally wanted the my cravings box for $5 but I guess it's only online. So I talked with person taking orders outside about it and he informed me about the online ordering. So I told him I wanted the $5 cravings box but seeing as how I couldn't change the 5 layer burrito to a chalupa I decided to change my order to 3 #6 I paid but the upon receiving my order I realized he had charged me and they had given me the $5 craving box. I went inside and just ordered the chalupas but this exchange was a sour experience for me also ordered 3 Pepsi's 1 large 2 regular at home noticed I received one regular and 2 large also never got a receipt but I feel that my fault for not asking staff was...

I arrived at 1:30pm, ordered and ate. Decided to stick around for the 2-5pm happy hour for a cheap starburst icee drink. Was told that they were all out of the popular flavors and only had the mnt dew icee. How do you start a happy hour and be all out of what everybody is going after? Very unprepared and unprofessional place. In spite, I took the time to notice some bad things that might have been overlooked if they were at least putting in a A+ effort:
