Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rialto

If I could give 0 stars I would! The "manager" here is very incompetent and can't do her job right. I placed a MOBILE order because I have a 2 week old baby and 2 other kids. Placing it in advance helps immensely. I arrive to get my order only for her to tell me she accidentally gave my wings to the person who just left (a man) I was thinking okay that's not bad at least I have my rest of the order. NOPE wrong! She ask me "is there another receipt your waiting for" which i said no just the rest of my order. She said no I gave the whole order to the other person that's why I refunded you. That just completely sent me over board. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU GAVE MY ENTIRE ORDER AWAY?! I could've wait 15 min for my order but I couldn't because I have hungry children waiting at home and with a screaming 2 week old baby who's hungry as well. Avoid this pizza hut if you can apparently the manger can't do her job correctly. She gave my entire order of 2 pizza, pasta, and wings!!!!!! Worse part is I spent my 200 points on a free pizza which I might not even be able to get back! Completely disappointed with this lady who calls her self a manager. Nope will not be coming back even tho it's less than a mile...

It was $2 Tuesday. I just heard about it. I ordered online. It said it would be an hour for carry out. I thought was a long time but ok. I went to pick up on time had to get in a long line even though I already ordered and paid. One line for everyone. I get to the counter after 32 minutes in line. I ordered 3 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizzas. I was told there was a mix up and the don’t have my cheese pizzas none of them. Asked how long would it take to make them. I was told they can’t but I can have either pepperoni or sausage pizzas. I asked if you can just not put pepperoni on the next 3 pizzas. I was told no but they can give me a refund. SERIOUSLY I have kids at home waiting for pizza. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I waited almost 2 hours to get NOT WHAT I ORDERED. The cashier was nice but I didn’t care at the moment. Worst place ever , don't even order from this place, staff is worthless and the manager useless, I order a pizza over the phone they told me will be ready in 20 min , I got there In 25 min. Pizza was not ready , they told me 10 more minutes, I wait for another 20 min. Ask for my pizza, they told me that it wasn't ready they look for my order, they haven't even made the pizza yet, manager came over he said that they have issues with the printer order on the back and they just find that out, they told me they behind in orders that it will take at least another 30 min. At this point I left and it wasn't just me there waiting for their pizza it was 5 more customers.
