Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Rialto

We drove 20 minutes to this place because my husband loves philly steak sandos. We placed our order and immediately jumped into the car because it wasn't close to home. The food was good, but there was no option on the online ordering page to customize the sandwiches, which was unusual. Pickup was quick, probably because we had a late lunch that day, too. The storefront had no customers at the time, was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I ordered condiments on the side that were missed. I would go back if I was closer to the location, but I'll be sure to check if I had everything I asked...

Was told too give them another chance by whoever runs there instagram came in today staff was rude manager was rude wasted my time coming back here from Eastvale I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this establishment 1st time paid almost $50 food wasn’t hot skimpy portions then I see the exact same place on instagram being promoted by some pretty young lady and her sandwich looked all juicy and loaded with meat wings all hot & juicy but I guess you have to be a hot chick to not get taken advantage of by these people spend your hard earned...

I have tried the Charlys on Riverside Ave. They are honestly the reason I ever tried Charleys again after the disappointment at Ontario Mills. Came here since this one is on the way to the Riverside Ave one.

Sad sandwiches here. Asked for Chipotle chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce. It tasted like no chipotle sauce and the buffalo sauce where all soggy on the bottom of the bread like they dumped it all in and didnt mix it in the meats or something. Never coming to this...
