McDonald's — Restaurant in Rialto

So I went because I was hungry. So when I walked in the atmosphere was nice. The lady was calm and patient. When I got my food the meat looked a little different but I didn't think anything of it. I ate my meal and my stomach felt weird. I felt like vomiting. There were quite a lot of people. Right as I got up I started vomiting and everyone was looking at me. Some lady came to ask if I was okay. I told her no and asked her if she could call 911. She did. Then I sat down and started coughing blood when I stopped I was going to the bathroom to throw up again and it happened I started vomiting huge amounts of blood. Everybody was just looking at me. That same lady told me that the paramedics were coming in 1 hour. I couldn't stop vomiting finally it stopped. Then I ran to the bathroom and the lady came with me to make sure nothing bad happened. I vomited for the next 20 minutes. When I came back to my table people were cleaning up my vomit. I told them I was sorry and said thank you for keeping everyone calm. Then I started feeling dizzy. Not like when you spin in circles dizzy it felt like when you vomited for 6 hours. Then apparently I passed out. When I woke up in the hospital the lady was there and clutching my hand. I told her thank you for helping me. Then I told her I wasn't feeling well and to get a puke bag and to call the doctor. Then I vomited. I used 2 boxes of puke bags and I was still vomiting. After 6 boxes of puke bags I finally stopped. And then the doctor came and told me that I had consumed 3 raw patties and that was what was causing...

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I’m absolutely sick that a restaurant of any kind could stay this bad this long. This is like one of those gag restaurant’s where they are purposely disrespectful, mess up your order, and have no cleanliness standards. Stopped by at 9:05 to pick up my mobile order and their door sign says 10pm inside closes. Not sure if it’s nine or ten because I asked 5 employees all of which blatantly ignored me. As I then waited behind ten cars when I finally got to the window the girl handed me wrong order and had the gall to give me attitude when I said it wasn’t my order. If this was a one off situation I’d understand but the rule when going to this restaurant is you will receive awful customer service and mistakes on your order, the exception is receiving excellent service and a correct order. If this is a franchise the franchisee should be ordered to sell this location back to McDonald’s or to a franchisee who can run a good restaurant. If it is a corporate location then McDonald’s should be ashamed of a 13% approval rating and simply just an awful restaurant.

UPDATE 8/24: So the issues of speed of service have not gotten any better but the employees, even the ones who had attitude issues before have been much better as of late. But I’m order to mask still awful drive times they are pulling 4-6 cars at a time past the drive thru and having their food walked...

This place is disgusting I was just there the manager is even more disgusting, for this to be a food establishment no health and safety regulations are practiced there, when i walked in I stood at the counter a second this employee was mopping the floor she then put the mop against the wall approached me I said good morning no response so I asked are you not going to sanitize your hands her response was it's soap and water in the bucket which is really horrible to tell a customer so I'm thinking you wash your hands in mop water that was my thought, so I said no I mean sanitize your hands her response was I'll get the manager I said ok manager came to me extremely rude by now I'm a spectical in the restaurant I explained to to the manager Carol all I asked was that the employee sanitize she told me we use soap and water and called Corp per my request she went in the back I assume bad mouthed me justified herself and gave me small piece of paper with a number on it and sent me on my way so I called the health Dept and opened a complaint was also told between duties hands must be washed I also left two messages with their Corp office no response so far do this MacDonald's should be given a fail for not complying with health regulations we must stop this rude and unsafe health hazards from food...
