I have provided proof of being overcharged in the pictures posted as you all know youâll get one point for every dollar spent on the McDonaldâs app now now tell me why I was charged almost $10 for a happy meal but I still only received 549 points for that transaction. The girl in drive through asked if I wanted a receipt and because Iv never been overcharged before I trusted her so I said nope. Big mistake. I was charged 10$ for a happy meal The first time I spoke to the manager she told me to bring a statement from the bank showing the transaction and then she would give me a refund she said I have to wait until the transaction is no longer pending and it has went through in order to get a refund now itâs about two weeks later and I have my statement that came in the mail and now theyâre telling me number one that they donât know what manager told me to bring a statement and number two theyâre telling me since I donât have a receipt I canât have a refund . The manager on the phone did not seem sincere at all that I was overcharge she was telling me that nobodyâs ever been overcharged before and that this is unheard of which I find to be hard to believe I asked her for the store number and I have reported this to the corporate office and the corporate office said I will be receiving a call and they will help me get a refund this was all just very upsetting for me I shouldnât have to worry about...
   Read moreI can't with this place. I'm at the drive thru speaker shouting hello hello. Finally drive up and girl with braids says $15.something. I told her I didn't get a chance to order. So she rolls her eyes and tell some guy can you take his order. I order 2 1/4 pd., fries and 2 large drinks. The guy tells me to pull into the slots to wait for my order. So 10 minutes pass by so I go inside. As I walk in, the guy walks out with just a bag. I ask him if that the 2 1/4 pounders and fries. He said yes. I ask where are the 2 large drinks. So he walks inside and asks the drive thru girl and she says he didn't order drinks. I say out loud I HAVE THE RECEIPT RIGHT HERE. She tells me, no that's fine, then turns to the guy and says but he still didn't order drinks. So the guy walks to the back and I'm standing there for like 2 minutes and I tell the girl, where are the drinks. She's totally ignoring me so I start knocking on the glass partition. That gets the attention of the manager and I ask for my large drinks. The drive thru girl says she's waiting for lids but the manager picks up a plastic bag covering 2 large cokes that had been sitting there the entire time. This is an update from my most recent visit there: Sierralakes parkway McDonalds đ has a much better dining experiance than this one. The sierralakes mcdonalds đ is pretty good đ much much better than the one next to where I stay at foothill Blvd and cedar ave. That place is constantly backed up, the managers there often have an I don't care attitude, constantly get the order wrong or the food đ has a funny đ taste đ and most recently when I visited they were out of barbeque sauce, they were out of cup holders, out of bags đ so all of our food was stuffed in happy đ meal đœ boxes âŹïž and no one ordered a happymeal, only 3 of the new 6.00 $ meal deals so that was slot of food to carry and the all the burgers were flattened. Another problem â ïž with that store đȘ is I can never use my app. Extremely frustrating. This review is going to be posted for them to see đ and I hope đ it encourages them to do a better job than what they are doing now.
