Five Below — Local services in Rialto

I feel like I'm a regular at this 5 below, I'm here once a week. I never have a problem with anyone. All the employees are always so sweet and nice. Today was a different story. I was here 9/10/24 around 3:20. The employee who is white with short shoulder length washed out orange hair and an orange shirt with jeans is disgustingly rude. She was restocking on the hello kitty aisle ( the most popular spot for every 5 below ) I said excuse me and she just stood in my way, and I said is it ok for me to get through and she's like yeah with a horrible sarcastic attitude and a look of disgust on her face. I was so surprised by her actions that I couldn't even respond, because how are you being rude to me when I'm just trying to shop? Especially because 5 below is very well known for the hello kitty section, and I was with my daughter who is doing the shopping, ( I'm not a hello kitty fan but she is ). Then she's standing next to us clearly annoyed, whistling, literally throwing things around, making it very obvious that she's bothered that we're right there. I've never ever felt so uncomfortable or disrespected in this place before. I wish I would've gotten her name but she made me feel so uncomfortable I couldn't even speak to her. I feel like this type of person shouldn't be working there if you're made that people are shopping at a place that's meant to be for shoppers. If I ever encounter her again I'd be sure to stay far away from her. The most unfriendly person I've ever come across there, if it wasn't for all the other nice workers I'd stop...

My husband and I went to this five below .and was racially profiled We did self check out . We rang up our items and purchased two bags because we didn’t know that they don’t sell bags anymore.
