Love coming here HOWEVER the cashier accidentally forgot to take one of those sensor tags off of an item so as I was exiting the alarm went off. I waited and I pulled out what had the tag. The rent a cop asked for my receipt which I gave and said hmm you didn’t pay for this… I said impossible yes I did because 3 items equals to 60$ so how would have my other two items that I had one being $8.49 and the other $12.99 equal to my amount? He got loud with me so I got loud back and the cashier walked over and told him, “ I scanned that item and she paid for it” also pointed the item on the receipt.

I went to the place so happy I was gonna buy some new clothes. I went to the fitting room with 12 pieces! I liked 5 of'em and I was ready to go when the lady there made me HANG the other pieces in their hangers before I go! So now you don't only pay for your clothes but you gotta do THEIR JOB too! We argued about it and either way she made me do it! I felt so stupid doing it with all other customets around watching me do the lady's job on her demand. It's their job to hang the clothes and mine is to BUY! Of course I didn't but anything in the end. I'm never going to that...

Worst customer service at DD's. Was charged for a product that had an anti-theft device that they couldnt remove. They said they couldnt sell me the product but had already charged me and they couldnt do a return. I decided to just leave everything that i was going to purchase. They didnt even try to help they just stood there doing nothing. Their incompetence only influenced my decicion to never go back to this store. Their return policy is absurd. Maybe when Ross opens they can provide...
