Burlington — Local services in Rialto

This store not only is terribly disorganized but the employees run off of miscommunication and unprofessionalism. They will host group hiring events at a certain time but the person doing interviews “already left for the day”. I came back the next day at the time they said and “JAMES” the store manager told the same person doing interviews to come in 45 minutes after the interviews had been scheduled. They had people sitting in the break room for over an hour waiting for an interview with “IRIS”with the grown out roots and faded pink hair, not a place you want to waste...

I have been to the Burlington in Rialto Market Place and employees are always nice.

I visited this morning and I want to give a special thank you to Pearl who went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I only wish surrounding Burlingtons were the same.

Managers are always professional and courteous as well.

Extremely disappointing first visit. Was looking for a dress for my daughter, which ordinarily is a simple search. The kid's clothing section was an absolute disaster, all of the sizes and categories of clothing were a jumbled mess across all of the racks. Only managed to find one dress in her size mixed in with random shorts and tops in the pajamas section. I'd have to feel pretty desperate to come back to this location again for clothes.
