This was my first time visiting this place, but unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. There was only one worker, and when I told her I was new and unfamiliar with the menu—except for mochi donuts, which I had loved in Seattle—she didn’t offer any help in guiding me through the options. I had to figure everything out on my own. I would have left, but my granddaughters (ages 9 and 4) and my 6-year-old niece really wanted to try it.
The service was extremely slow—it took 30 minutes to get my order, and I spent $60, which felt like a complete waste. The drinks looked great on the screen but tasted awful. The mochi donuts were a huge disappointment—stale and nothing like the ones I enjoyed in Seattle. I also didn’t know there was dipping sauce for our items, and no napkins were provided.
The worker seemed very stressed, so I asked if she was the only one there. She said yes, and that another worker wouldn’t be coming in until 5 PM—even though it was only 1 PM. I didn’t get her name, but she was white and had color in her hair. While I understand being short-staffed, she could have at least been polite or made an effort to help customers. Instead, she ignored people who asked for assistance. Her attitude completely ruined the experience and the service. I didn’t say anything at the time because I had my granddaughters with me and didn’t want to lose my temper.
I wish I had looked at reviews first—the one time I don’t, this happens. Don’t waste your time. Take your business elsewhere. There should be 0...
Read moreI ordered a bit of everything and it was okay. Doughnuts were very chewy. I had to smack my mouth several times to get it down. My mom ordered the Nutella doughnut and hers was well cooked.
The drinks were good. The mango and peach drink was extremely sour and super sweet. It needed some water.
Tables were messy and trash can was overfilling.
I used the screen to order for myself and somehow I have to tip the business overall this place is disappointing.
I went to pantry display so my son could see what kinds of doughnuts they had. There were some flavors that were not in the menu when ordering on the screen but were on display. I walked around a few times because I had no idea where I was supposed to order. I waited to use the self checkout screen close to the door. Not once did their workers tell me that there was another self check out in front of them, They just stared!! I had been waiting for months to try this place. And overall not happy. They just opened...
Read moreFirst of all, based on first impressions, the staff seemed friendly and were productive. BUT organization and executions were a bit off for me. I ordered a little of everything to see what the hype was about, and I wasn't very excited as much. The doughnuts, had a weird like texture as if they weren't cooked completely or maybe that's how they are actually made. No clue but I personally found it replusive. Next was the Boba coffee milk tea which in fact were missing pearls. Rude. And tasted very bitter and strong. I'll just have to stick to ShareTea from now on. Last and not least was the mozzerella kdog... this one disappointed me the most. It was literally sliding off the stick and was a complete mess. Been to many places that served these items and NEVER looked as worse then what I was served. The overall experience was an...
