Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Rialto

The restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly and the food was hot. My uncle and I ate the buffet where he is a vegetarian and was amazed at the food he ate, and I also myself enjoyed a nice bacon and cheese pizza with extra sauce. That was freshly made for me for the buffet. The cashier was very kind and had asked both of us if there was a specific kind of pizza 🍕 we would like to have made fresh and I requested the bacon pizza and my uncle requested a garden vegetarian pizza and when they were done being made the very nice employee brought me out a few slices on a plate and said that my bacon pizza was ready and the vegetarian will be up shortly. I unfortunately did not get her name, but it was at about 1:30 on 7/07/23, and I believe she may have been a lead or manager. It was my first time at this location and it was so clean and organized. We came for Bunch of lunch and the employees did their jobs well. I notice there was only legs and thighs. So I waited until the next batch of the chicken came out and asked, "may I have a wing, please?" And the employee informed me. They only served those two, but they could give me wings or breast upon request. I said it was all right. I was fine with the thigh. The manager came up to me and said, if I would like the chicken wings they had just prepared them and I told him I was fine. He said he heard that I had asked for some wings and he was very attentive and accommodating! The Food kept getting replenished, removing plates, cleaning tables... we even noticed during a party singing, happy birthday that the lights dimmed. One of the employees dimmed them when he heard the happy birthday song. Very impressive team effort! We'll definitely be coming to this location again. My first time here, I give it star only because the chicken was good I recommend the papa's moyo were dry they were potatoe chips. The service is quite slow, perhaps they are under staff. The pizza is pretty pricey. The arcade area is a mess no supervision no staff making sure the un supervised kids respect rules and keep them from jumping on the games. I know it's the parents fault but there needs to be some one holding order, I had to be protecting my kid so he wouldn't be trampled by kids running around they were literally on top of the games wrecking them. When it came to exchanging the tickets for prices was another problem I asked the person at the front if they "can please"send someone they said" yes, of course" waited 30 minutes went again waited another 30 minutes it was ridiculous no one showed up.If you want to enjoy a good time with your kids stay away from this location.
