I wish I could upload the 2 minute video evidence I have of a worker at this location confidently saying multiple times that they "cook the snacking bacon only in the morning when they open, and do not cook any again. It is supposed to be served cold. And hard." She said this on camera after I came to ask for the bacon in both my bacon, egg, and cheese with extra egg, and side of snacking bacon order was handed to me absolutely cold. I calmly asked for it to be remade and even if they burned it, that would be fine too! I like burnt bacon too, as long as it's fully cooked, no problem! And she proceeded to explain for 2 minutes that the bacon is made when they FIRST open at 5AM, and not remade again the rest of the day. I ordered these items around 8:30AM. Also, take note of other reviews; they are not lying. This location inside does not have working ice cream on the Baskin Robbins side, a clear shelf where donuts would be, and has no seating inside! This location has some problems but obviously, because they are individually owned, DD cannot do much. They do not send there complaints to corporate or even put it on file about the business. I called the customer service line to make a complaint and they put it back on this location to "call me and ask what can be done to make it better." I mentioned that, this is a severe oversight because they made the mistake, surely we don't ask the bully to come up with a solution to appease the victim? But the manager called me at 11AM on a Monday and left a voicemail of "come and get a free sandwich or whatever you want. Thank you." And that was it - I have not had another return call, even though the protocol I was told is they have 2 business days to rectify the situation with the customer, and they have not actually spoken with me.... anyway BEWARE. Read moreI have been coming to this particular store forever and have really never had a complaint until now. I order the same drink every day but I purchased the same drink yesterday and something was wrong with it! It was the color of dirty toilet water and so I threw it away and went to another store but not before snapping a picture of both drinks. When I arrived at the store today I brought it to the attention of the young cashier and she is always so polite and so sweet but the manager on duty midsized Hispanic lady handles me all together wrong and I did NOT appreciate it. I asked her if she wanted to see the photo and she walked away as if she didn’t see or hear me! Then again I asked her if she wanted to see the mistake and this lady had the audacity to place her finger over her mouth trying to hush me as if I was a child and that’s when I knew she probably was the one who ruined the original drink. How dare you put your finger to your mouth ignoring me and walking away! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!
