Fisherman's Island — Restaurant in Rich Township

Customer service is at a all time low. I called in a order of 2 #14 at 6:32 the lady said 20 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:09 sat and waited as 2 other call-in orders walked in after me and left and 1 walk-in came in ordered and got his food and left. I then asked about my order. The man looked thru a few tickets and said I don’t see it. I held my receipt up and he then said again he don’t see it. I then said okay well give me a my money. The girl then walked i the register and issued a refund fast instead of trying to get the order. And she looked through the tickets and found my order quick. Everyone except one older man was on they phone instead of trying to attend to the customers. I will not be Patronizing the store again. Not for convenience. Please management you have to do better. Stopped in to grab dinner for my daughter and myself. My BF raves about this restaurant (other locations) so I trusted her. The wait wasn't bad. There was plenty of social distancing space. Clean floors and counters. My daughter ordered the shrimp and I got the catfish. Surprisingly, my 7-year old LOVED her food. Me, not so much. I asked for Cajun seasoning-easy salt. What I got was bland. AND the insult was the catfish dinner came with one (1) lonely fillet with a bunch of potatoes and very little broccoli. Like....Chris Rock ASKED for 1 RIB!! This place is usually a hit or miss and today was definitely a miss. I called in an order for 3 #22 with salmon when I got home and opened the pans it was not what I ordered. I called the store back to inform the young lady who then decided to tell me that I ordered 3 #21. Actually, I know what I ordered I have never ordered anything other than a #22. The portion size in the pan was that for an infant and was sloppily placed in the pans. Not to mention all the salt they had thrown on it. Please check your food prior to leaving so that you don’t have to deal with this type of disservice.
