This store is horrible . And IS IN SERIOUS NEED OF 911/POLICE Attention, Becuase It Has To Be A Crime With All The Food Management In That Store . I don't have a car so this is the closet dunkin near me . I Went 5 Times And EVERY SINGLE TIME it's been the worst experience . For starters the lobby looks like it's never clean , they're garbage is ALWAYS FULL , both inside and out and Also The bathroom. And speaking of the bathroom, you would think that In these COVID TIMES , There would be soap in the bathroom. NOPE . It's never any soap in the bathroom. Well honestly, The first 4 times I came I Washed my hands with only water because there was no soap in bathroom, and a half bag of soap on my 5th day at 1225 e beltline richardson tx . The manager there , a very huge lady and short, was very rude and unprofessional . She argued with me because I told her that the donuts I bought was very old and she laughed at my complaint. So unprofessional. I did not appreciate that but I'm not the confrontational type so I kept quiet . There is a sweet lady there who name is REKITA. I Had to ask for her name Becuase she was such a sweetheart. Always apologizing for the lack of professionalism, apologizing for the long waits / delay of my food . Everytime I Come In She is There working hard and trying to accommodate all customer including myself . But nothing like there boss , I ask him for his name and he politely told me that his name was yohanas and he's the district manager. I've watched yohanas look at his crew suffer and not lift a finger to help . All while the store was a filthy mess . And the bathroom with NO SOAP. He looks very young . I think 88% of the staff is older than yohanas. And honestly that is not a good look becuase he shows his age with the lack of control and leadership the district manager has upon his store . I've watched a couple employees walk out of that store in anger. I will be coming back to this store to take pictures and record videos . So the next time I put a review I will show...

I went through the drive thru at around 10-10:30am, as usual ordering a M latte, M hot chocolate, pancake with sausage and an avocado toast. Not only did the drive thru employee NOT give me a receipt I gave her my cash ($20), she swindled me out of $2. My total was $14 and change. I received $3.75. I knew something was off when I didn't receive an item I ordered. I turned around, went inside and ask for my receipt. The drive thru cashier looked me in my face and said " I throw the receipts away" and when I told her to look in the trash and give me my receipt, all of a sudden her story changes to " the system erases the order I can't reprint the receipt". I sure did look at her and tell her infront of all the customers and other employees there that she STOLE MY MONEY. The manager quickly got involved and tried to find my order in the drive thru system since I was literally just there 2 minutes ago and unfortunately I was proved to be correct and the drive thru employee did NOT ring in my order and the manager DID give me my correct change straight out of the till.

She was not only rude to the customer, my mother, but to her staff. Absolutely horrendous behavior, no sense of customer service, and overall an absolute inappropriate, disgusting, unacceptable attitude. My mom had a question about a coupon she saw on Facebook. She was incredibly rude and said, “Well you can read, right?” When my mom went to the window, something happened with the code and my mom asked about the sizes again, because the woman taking the order, DID NOT EDUCATE HER CUSTOMER. So there was an issue and the woman called my mom stupid. “Are you stupid?” She refused to give her name and did not help whatsoever. As a barista myself, as a customer service employee myself, I understand it is my job and HER JOB to EDUCATE THE CUSTOMER. It is early in the morning, I understand the stress and frustration it comes with opening a store, but it is absolutely unacceptable to act this way toward a customer. DO NOT COME HERE. I wanted to try this place out at some point because it’s relatively new, but wow.
