This location is not generous. Not with the size of Sandwiches nor with special offers, that don't seem to work in this location. Eg. a birthday reward that expires at the end of May, shows expired when trying to pay in this location. the spinach wrap is much smaller than in the Coit location.

Edit: May2024 Nothing has changed. Small sandwiches or hardly any meat. They offered a free dessert for Mother’s day, but the cheesecake was old and not good at all. Not sure who’s the manager that thinks shortcuts will benefit this location. it doesn’t…

Disappointed by Dishonesty and Poor Service

I’ve been a customer at this location for a while, but with the new management, things have gone downhill. Yesterday, I ordered a sandwich (a Reuben, it was $13), and I asked to switch the regular chips for corn chips. They charged me an extra $2.40 without informing me in advance. When I complained, they apologized—but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

My wife ordered a veggie or spinach wrap but received a turkey wrap instead, which she couldn’t eat. She had to go back and get it corrected.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time issue. Over the past year, I’ve noticed repeated attempts to sneak in extra charges or upsell cheaper ingredients while charging premium prices. They also don’t offer a receipt unless you ask, which raises more red flags.

Edit: the portion size has improved on my last visit, so I increased the review by 2x stars.

This leaves a really bad taste. I’d rather pay more for an honest, transparent business than keep getting tricked. I’m now considering driving to a different location—even if it’s further—because I no longer trust this one. Also worth noting: portion sizes are often inconsistent and small.

High price-- acceptable Small portions-I'll live Food lacking freshness- DEAL BREAKER my order was half sandwich with side bowl of fruit. Little bag of chips. Would have been great but it was by far NOT FRESH.

Worthy of negative review hope it will bring insight to employees. Half a chicken salad sandwich on crumbly (stale), burnt croissant. One small dollop of chkn salad covered half of the halved bread. But still wouldn't have reviewed over that. Looking forward to my bowl of fruit, but it's strawberries 🍓 were soggy, sour tasting and spoiled. Check those containers good! Toss it out if the strawberries are soft and brown as rotting sets in. Don't let any of the wompwomp mushy blueberries 🫐 get past you as you're inspecting each one - Toss em out already. Or eat em if that's how you like em. Most of us do not. The grapes that are soft and smooshy (as the ones at bottom of your bag of 🍇 grapes from the market), those are not acceptable! throw em out or eat em yourself for goodness sake!

The 🍍 pineapple chunks were good. I got two. They were the highlight of my high-priced small-portioned stale-breaded UNFRESH- fresh fruit lunch.

Please train your servers- yourself- that freshness is DESERVED by us patrons and the FIRST RULE is to always serve FRESH.

I just went to your store by the drive threw, on 4/19/22 yesterday of a full sandwich of mufulada with ham chips and pickles. I live about 5 minutes away from the store. So by the time I went home I found that the buns were not crispy and not roasted. I found that for all four of the sandwiches the bottom part are soggy, that you cannot pick the sandwich from the box. What surprised me the most is that two in a box one full of ham and all the black and green eyes, but the other one is only black and green olives with no ham at all and a very small piece of ham outside of the sandwich in the box not in the sandwich. In both boxes are like that the same thing I was shocked. This is my first time coming to the branch in Richardson Texas the one on the corner of beltline and plano. I was really surprised how unprofessional the sandwiches were done.
