I mean it's the same old Taco Bell food they've been serving up for years, so you either love it or you don't. The soft taco shells were a bit dry around the edges but who hasn't gotten use to that already, so whats to complain about. Its not like it would do any good anyway. The service was all that anyone could expect. I have a fear that our future generations just might not be able to speak at all, considering the very clear lack of verbalizational skills I witnessed during my visit. Good thing the price is displayed on the order summary screen in the drive thru, otherwise I wouldn't have had the correct currency in hand once I arrived at the payment receiving window. And if I had been told "thank you" or "have a good day", I'm almost certain that the young lady handing the orders out the window would have had premature heart failure and then OMG nobody in line behind me would have been able to receive they're orders. Long story short, we really need to teach or youths how to communicate better, Maybe less "digital communication" and more "in your face one on one type...
Read moreTerrible customer service especially from the manager Antonio. I came in today during my lunch break, so I really didn’t have much time. I did a mobile order and it went through and took the money out of my account. When I pulled up to the talk box they said they had my order and to pull around. Turns out that something went wrong in their system and they didn’t have my order. They told me I would have to go back around and place my order again (now there’s about 6 people behind me). The manager was very aggressive and kept telling me there was nothing that could be done and wouldn’t let me re order at the window. The manager Antonio did not have to handle the situation the way he did, I could’ve pulled ahead so that others could get their food while mine was being made so to not inconvenience anyone. I even wish they would have told me at the talk box that my order wasn’t there so I could’ve ordered then. This whole ordeal took too much time and I ended up having to leave as my lunch break was almost over. Terrible management skills...
Read moreHORRIBLE PEOPLE. I work in customer service and would never want to leave such a review but bad service and disgusting people deserve such. Upon arrival of my dasher to retrieve my order there were NO employees in the front of the store they were all in the back doing whatever. Apparently they claim my order was stolen and REFUSED to remake it. I asked to speak to a manager and a girl gets on the phone and lies about being the manager I figured this out because she was asking workers in the background what to say and didn’t realize I could hear. Once I called her out on this she puts another employee on the phone who I’m sure was also not a manager after going back and forth the workers were LAUGHING on the phone when I’m trying to ask what is their protocol because there has to be a way to compensate the customer right? No they refused she refused to give me her name she LIED and said she doesn’t know where to find the corporate info for me to file a complaint and ended up...
