Came here with family to try something new. Wish I would have just gone somewhere else. When you come in, it is confusing since there is a sign that said order here or pay here something like, Didnt realize you go towards the counter, i assumed you wait and get seated. The worker was just rude and pointed where to go like we should know. That right there should have given me enough to leave. I brushed it off. There were 7 of us. We order 3 appetizers and entrees. Took 45 minutes just to get 1 of the appetizers! It seemed everyone that came after us got their food well before us. I went up to the cashier to see how much longer for food, I am assuming it was the manager, he told me they have been open for 5 days and had a big rush. I am sure we were the rush because it was 7 of us. But maybe they had to go orders, but it should not take 45 min just for spring rolls. He asked if I wanted a refund but then one of the appetizers came out so I assumed the food was coming out. Nope, it was just one appetizer that came out and we had to wait even longer for the rest of the food. When we finally got our food over an hour later. It was not good at all! the pho was bland, one of the other soup just did not taste good at all so it was not eaten. Overall the food was just not good. On top of that we were still missing 1 more entree. I asked the worker when is that one coming out, he didn't even know we were missing it. Then manager assuming came out saying they ran out of rice and apologized gave us a refund for the missing entree. Also added that our other food was late bc the noodle machine broke . Which doesn't explain why all the parties after us got their soup with noodles before us. We decided we are never coming here again due to the poor customer service and quality of the food. I recently visited Pho Real, and it completely exceeded my expectations! 🌿 Since I’m allergic to MSG, I’m always cautious when eating out — but Pho Real is one of the few places that proudly serves MSG-free pho. The broth was still incredibly rich and flavorful, proving you don’t need additives to make great soup. The ingredients were super fresh, from the tender beef slices to the crisp herbs and bean sprouts. Everything tasted clean, balanced, and authentic — just like homemade pho.
