Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Richardson

This location is usually not too bad as long as you go to pick it up. The delivery drivers have proved to be less than reliable or honest.

Today I ordered online and set to pick it up, as I usually do. I go to pick it up and the girl who helped me was fairly nice.

There was one thing that just seemed odd.

She asked if I wanted cheese and peppers. I said yes please and she goes to the little box at the top get some and there were two packets of peppers, no cheese. She looks back and forth but seemed afraid leave the register. So she sticks those two in the side of the box and said "have a great day". I didn't bother to ask her to get more because I usually have some from the last time. I said thank you and left.

I got home with my two large pizzas and have them to my wife. She was the one who ordered them. She told me what was on the two pizzas but not the type of crust it was on. She opened one and said "that's weird". I asked what she meant. She said that she ordered both as hands tossed but apparently only one was. I know it's not such a big deal but you'd think if you order something specific, like when ordering online, they should get it right. We didn't bother to call and complain about it. I'm sure to check the next time not only the toppings but also the crust. The pizza was good but not quite as filling as I was expecting.

So they lost two stars. One star for no cheese and the other for having the wrong crust. I would still recommend this location but with the side note to make sure EVERYTHING is exactly the way...

I keep coming to this store because I like the way they make the pizza. However, every time I come to pick up my order, they never have it ready because they never have a record of my order regardless of whether I ordered online or on the phone. This happened at least the last 3 times I've ordered. When asked what is going on, the employees never have an answer. All they can say is well, I'm the only one here, or it's busy because it's Friday or Saturday, but honestly, if you're telling me that you're the one taking phone orders, you're also telling me that you couldn't do your job. The phone hasn't rung the entire 20 minutes I've spent here in the store where you also have another unhappily waiting customer. I keep coming back hoping it'll be different this time, but it never is. It's...

Ordered one carry out pizza. Picked up and paid for it with my credit card. Get home and someone is calling us accusing us of not paying for the pizza. I tell him I have a receipt and literally makes me check my account to make sure it was posted on there. Checked and it wasn't posted, don't know how I had a receipt and all! Anyway, he says it's probably their machine or my card because it has a chip and he wants my cc # over the phone. I'm sorry but at this point it's not my fault their machine didn't work, I'm already home, I'm hungry and it's cold and I'm a bit skeptical of the entire situation. Other places would have said forget it and enjoy since it wasn't your fault. NOPE, NOT HERE I had to rush back out there and pay them.. come on... all that for $12, really? WORST...
