Omg! Never again ever would I go to this place. Order a #8 got something completely different. Ordered 2 Pepsis they were both tasted watered down told the guy he replaced them with the same bad tasting thing since they did not fix the problem. When I mentioned that the order was wrong the guy in charge just stared at me. After a pause he said but I charged you for a number 3...and I said but I ordered a #8 if there's a price difference just let me know. He said no it's fine and continued to not do anything to resolve the situation other than stare I have back the wrong items and asked for the correct ones and I also said since I am holding up the line I will pull around. I asked to have it brought out which or course didn't happen. I went inside to find out that they had not even started making the correct order. Waited a customer in front of me was also complaining after coming through the drive thru about the quality of her food. Another customer came in and had to literally say loudly "hi" for anyone to acknowledge which they didn't until after a while. I got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. I didn't hear an apology for anything not once. Not for waiting not for the wrong food and they also didn't apologize to 1 person with a grievance that i witnessed. I can believe all the negative reviews and issues and nothing seems to have been done to make it better. The floor in their work space was dirty needed to be sweeped. Did not eat the food if they can pay attention to the simplest of things can't imagine hygiene and food prep being high up...

I pay full money they don't give no discount nothing which I never ask ... that's ok .... but this location service is terrible never ever visit this location ... specially SOFIA she rude as f** I never ever saw customer service like this... she said u have to order prior and said now I will be out of my beans REALLY u tell this to your customer ... that's no my business .... I give business all week to them they don't give me .... someone has to look on this location for sure ... couple more customer we're upset with the service when I asked her u can cancel my order they heard and came to me and said this people rude ..... I am not eating for free ..... I am so much disappointed with service .... also attaching my receipt so that Taco people should know it how to take care of customer .... now I hate this place ...before hiring pls hire some once who gives excellent service rather than making upset .... such a big company ... but...

What this company thinks their psuedo Mexican equivalent of dog food in Mexico .... needs the impersonal touch of no more humans to order it from .... is beyond me. No bottled water, no cinnamon twists, and no small cup size for the watermelon freeze. Did I find that out on the marvelous technology of their touch screen ? Nope. After navigating thru all the icons I wanted, where normally you'd just blurt out your order in half the time anyway .... my order completed, the human came around the corner to take my cash .... and THEN let me know, OUT OF CINNAMON TWISTS, we DON'T SELL BOTTLED WATER, and we have NO SMALL CUPS. Note .... do I give a sh#t that they're out of anything ? NO. But the stupid touch screen kiosk ruins it all for me.
