Greg is the MAN! After reading reviews I decided to stop in and it was a great experience. I am a beginner and wanted to get my first ball and Greg was nothing short of amazing. Honestly I miss customer service such as Greg’s because it made it an experience. By the time we were gone, Greg had me a bag, brand new ball(drilled on the spot) and new shoes. Even brought along my 5 year old nephew and he said he had such a fun time and it was “so cool” especially sniffing the Storm balls that smelled like candy as Greg told us the story behind that as well. If you need anything Bowling related, this is the place and Greg is your guy! I’ll be back soon!...

Greg was awesome! You can tell that Greg knows the bowling community pretty well and has great bowling knowledge from ball drilling to lanes in the Dallas area. He was able to drill my ball to my bowling style. I took the ball to Plano Super Bowl afterwards and the ball worked liked a charm. Probably one of the best consistent bowling I’ve ever done. I’ve bought balls at other places before, but this place is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved this pro shop. A lot of the other shops in the area made my presence feel like a burden. Not this one. So attentive. Immediately put in the effort to help me as a bowler returning to to the sport. Had consistent issues with fitment over the years, but I felt this would be a PSO that I could commit to.
