EXTREMELY UPSET at the fact that the cashier not only got my order wrong once, but three times!!!!!!!! When I first arrived in the drive thru I was the only car in line (hint : it wasn’t busy) and as I’m orderinb after each time I say what I want the cashier is quickly to cut me off thinking I’m done ordering. I can’t explain how rude and irritating that was because I don’t think anyone likes it for someone to cut them off in mid sentence. Ok so off to a rocky start but I get over it. I get how confused a cashier can get so I told her “ let me start over and let’s re-due this order” after I changed my mind on no wanting a meal to wanting one. When I go up to the window to pay she ended up charging more because instead of just restarting my order over and listening 👂🏼 to me explain what I want she charges me for an extra burger. Strike two, again I decide to brush it off and decide to just give that to my mom. Ok so then at the pick up window I notice I’m onky being given one drink for the kids menu. I have two kids and I clearly asked for two orders of the kids chicken strip but again the cashier DID NOT LISTEN and only charged for one. So yes at the point I’m causing Whataburger a line while I wait for them to make another kids menu. I’m HANGRY! I’m drivinb from farmers Branch after picking my kids up from school to come buy a hot meal at my favorite place to my god mother who can’t walk so we can all eat together, cheeses!!!!!!!!! Not only am I driving a good distance with a hungry pre-kinder and first grader but I’m hangry myself it makes a difference to listen to the customer because you have no idea what mood at the moment they are in. Fast forward we get to my god Mother’s house and when we look at our orders we notice all fries and no onion rings which again I clearly asked because the cashier had even asked me if “medium onion rings were ok?” I replied no I wanted large.
Point is I would have let the first mistake slide, the second, third slide even, but at least make sure to FIX AND CORRECT THE MISTAKE!!!!!!
JUST MAKE SURE YOU PLACE THE ORDER RIGHT!!!!!! It’s not hard to listen and...
Read moreTonight, I went to this particular location to pick up a curbside order which comprised of a Bacon and Cheese Whataburger and a regular Whataburger meal which specifically detailed to have light ketchup on the latter. I submitted the order as of 9:48 PM, the projected ready time was 9:53 PM - 9:56 PM. I arrived at 9:58 PM. Upon checking in my girlfriend and I sat for roughly 23 minutes waiting for them to bring the order out. One of the front clerks saw us several times and even made eye contact but never bothered to confirm an order. It wasn't until I went inside to get it myself that they even began to acknowledge me, and even then, there was no sense of urgency, no apology for the delay and on top of the crew seemed to be goofing around in the kitchen. There was an entire group of people who showed up AFTER us who received their food before we did. One of the workers handed me the food and forgot the drinks and it took another 5 minutes to even get that, I was told there were straws next to the drink machine and there was just one sitting there, the clerk had to go and get more and lazily handed me one. To top things off, when I got home the food was cold, as if it'd been sitting unattended on the counter, not to mention the fact that the burgers seemed to be haphazardly slapped together as if it was put together by a blind man, not to mention the fries were stale and burnt. I'm hoping that this is just a fluke, I'm used to coming to this location, but this is making me reconsider ever...
Read moreMy mother and father in law went with their friend to this location and ordered a meal ,they were about to sit down and eat when an employee from the back came over and said the manager is saying "if you are not consuming the food then you all need to get out", the guy even said himself i don"t know why the manager is saying that but you need to leave . My in laws were feeling really insulted and just left as they were literally told to get out even when they bought the food and were ready to eat .They were told it was the NEW POLICY OF WHATABURGER . My in-laws don't speak English and they did not know what to do so they just complied .My mother in law felt really discriminated and hurt by this act of racism and she told me all about it . I called the location today 10.13.2018 and talked with the manager named Maria Gonzales and she admitted the fact that they did told my in laws to get out, and that it is their new Policy By Whataburger .I never heard of a policy that if you buy the meal and about to sit to consume it your are told to get out by any fast food chain in the United States . I truly feel this was an act of racism against my in laws for being Hispanic and not speaking English .they were there to just to eat like everyone else ,they were not causing mischief or damage to...
