Ohh Yummy Burger, one of the strangest yet best restaurants I know! Yum! Originally shown to me by a friend who had sought out an inexpensive Halal burger place. It is a mix of South Asia, American, Middle Eastern, and Mexican! Mostly think Halal American food and some Mexican food too. The first things you will realize when walking in is the delicious smell, sight of the large grill, and the aggressively bright yellow interior. First up lets take food - the menu is HUGE!! Not to mention everything has a fun "Yummy" branded name, so fun! I have primarily order the burgers, specifically the Yummy Egg Burger! Everything else I have tried, as well as friends of mine, have always well exceeded expectations! It sincerely appears to all be cooked fresh to order which is wild for a $10 burger! It is hot, juicy, and has an original flavor unlike any other. The fries are flaky and seasoned perfectly and the fountain drinks taste correct. The big caveat with Yummy Burger is they use a lot of Styrofoam, yikes!! Y'all gotta switch to reusable stuff for dine in and do better about take-out. It does not even make since why they put each burger in a styrofoam container for dine in customers. It gives a cheap, lazy, and wasteful presentation to otherwise good food. I would honestly give 5 stars if there was not so much needless waste. The service - it is casual and quick, nothing amazing but it really does not need to be given the prices and general vibe. Sometimes I large family outings there and the staff seems to handle it great! Friendlier and more personal is always preferred but at least it does not feel fake or forced, just some regular people serving up good food. The atmosphere - well it is a bit much, but it kinda adds to the charm. As I mentioned earlier it is super bright with strips of LED lights across the ceiling. The walls are an intense yellow with brown tiles on the lower halves. I feel these colors make it feel kinda dirty though in actuality it seems reasonably clean. TVs are always on and playing the mainstream news, so you can imagine the tension that adds. Overall the atmosphere is uhhhh, something. I like how different it is but I also feel it could be toned down just a little. Not a complaint but something I would love to see them play with and dial in something as great as the food. Overall if you are looking for a great burger, fajitas, or countless other options give Yummy Burger a chance, it will surprise you in many ways I promise lol

Saw this driving by one day and decided to take the family. It’s got a mix menu for kids and adults so we have it a try. It’s in the middle of downtown Richardson. Food: We ordered a Richardson burger for my little niece. She liked it but was average. Beef Ribs for my little nephew. He couldn’t eat it because it was spicy and it didn’t say spicy. So we had to order him chicken tenders but they came out after we finished eating. The poor kid had to wait about 20 minutes and the tenders came out hard. He had to go to the counter to ask for his food he was so hungry. We got Ribeye steaks for myself and my dad. Steaks were a bit expensive and dry. They didn’t even ask how we wanted it. My wife got the Yummy alert burger. It was good and reminded her of Burger King because it tasted char broiled. My sister got the Yummy Schwarma, it was good according to her but nothing out of this world. The French fries are really good though. Our drinks were sub par though. My root beer float needed more ice cream and was mostly root beer. My wife’s ice tea smelled and tasted old. She has to put it out and get lemonade. Price: The ribeye steaks were expensive. $16 for very thin and overcooked steak. Everything else was average pricing. Ambience: Looks like a diner but it was cramped. Trash cans everywhere so it made it seem crowded. Service: We got our food in reasonable time with the exception of the chicken tenders. Overall, we probably would not come back. Our first time experience wasn’t great so we normally do not go back to places that have thing memorable come back to. I would say try this place if you’re looking for a new place. It might be better for your experience.

Growing up, I always had biryani close to my heart. My mother told me that when I was a baby, I would not eat anything; however the striking colors of biryani alone, would seduce me to it. It is without a doubt I call biryani my favorite food item; or at least, it was. Throughout my lifetime, I could not imagine eating anything that would surpass what biryani had given me. The mere joy and satisfaction that would last the whole day simply by one bite. Moving to Dallas, my perspective changed forever when I embarked on the curiosity to try Yummys BBQ and Burger. It is why I stand here today asserting ,proud in affirmation, that Yummys BBQ and Burger is the best restaurant in Texas. I claim this for three main reasons: the variety choice, the environment, and lastly, what Yummys Burger and BBQ means to the world.

Switching from eating biryani everyday to yummies was a switch I would never take back. It’s a switch I made upon realizing, objectively , what makes food good. Laura Hound from BBC puts it best when she illustrates her views on what makes a restaurant stand out. She notes that, “having plentiful food options in the menu allows for the consumer to come back and try new things.” Journalist Hound continues this by providing examples such as Cheesecake Factory and Chedders as successful running chains due to their plethora of food options. This is something Yummys burgers and BBQ does beautifully. Yummys has a myriad of options available to the consumer, all zabihah-halal, making the consumer more inclined to visit and come back; thus, making it his or her favorite spot. Not only is there quantity , but there is also quality. From the quesadilla to the fajita plate, Yummys proves time and time again, that it is unmatched in the food business in Texas.

I am a firm believer that home is not a location rather, a company of people(s). John Huntington from The Atlantic, describes this phenomenon as “The Friend Complex.” He iterates that when one feels an emotional attachment to a person or a group of people, one begins to shade away the worries and obstacles of their physical and geographic struggles because one has found a home and a bond within the hearts of people. A bond that can never break. I found this with going to Yummies Burger and BBQ. It’s not just the food that makes it great; it’s the environment. The relationship between the people working hard at yummys and those purchasing is a bond stronger than I have witnessed. I incline to go there more and more because of the company I have found there. I have found a home away from home at Yummies Burger and BBQ because of amazing experiences with people such as Omar Mirza, Nabeel Zar, Mahir Khan, Zeeshan Parupia, Haroon the Owner , and Adam Anderson. These individuals are my home and they are the reason why yummys is in it’s destined position.

Yummys brings joy and happiness to a world full of terror and hardship. I know one of the reasons why Richardson is so great is because of yummies. That despite everything going on in someone’s life, one can find solace in Yummys. I truly believe Yummys can make a world impact if the chain became worldwide. Those around the world will have joy painted in their hearts after trial and tribulation. Yummys will bring people closer than ever before....

Title: A Five-Star Delight for Burger Aficionados and Deli Lovers!

Review: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Yummy Burger, and I must say, this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I could feel the owner's passion for quality and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience. It's no wonder Yummy Burger has become a beloved establishment for locals and visitors alike.

One thing that sets Yummy Burger apart is the owner's involvement in every aspect of the restaurant. It's evident that they take great pride in ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients are used. The result is an outstanding selection of mouthwatering dishes that will leave you craving for more.

Now, let's talk about the burgers! The Richardson Burger stole my heart with its juicy, perfectly cooked patty and a combination of flavors that danced on my palate. The blend of fresh toppings and the house-made sauce created a delightful symphony of taste. Every bite was a delight, and I found myself savoring every moment.

If you're not in the mood for a burger, fear not! Yummy Burger's deli section has some hidden gems that are bound to satisfy your cravings. The Whole Rotisserie Chicken is an absolute triumph. The tender meat, infused with delightful spices and roasted to perfection, simply melts in your mouth. It's a true testament to the skill and expertise of the chefs at Yummy Burger.

Another must-try from the deli is the NY Chop Sandwich. Packed with flavor and generously stacked with high-quality ingredients, this sandwich is a true work of art. The combination of savory meats, fresh vegetables, and tangy sauces creates a harmonious blend that will leave you longing for more. It's the perfect choice for a hearty lunch or a quick bite on the go. I like to swap american cheese with Swiss!

Aside from the fantastic food, the atmosphere at Yummy Burger is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring your dining experience is nothing short of excellent. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy ambiance that adds to the overall charm.

In conclusion, Yummy Burger has undoubtedly become one of my favorite places to indulge in a delicious meal. With its owner's dedication to quality, the Richardson Burger's tantalizing flavors, the mouthwatering Whole Rotisserie Chicken, and the delightful NY Chop Sandwich from the deli, this place has won my heart. Whether you're a burger aficionado or a deli lover, Yummy Burger is a must-visit destination that promises to satisfy your cravings and leave you...

I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for a while and I truly appreciate that all their meat is halal, sourced from Restaurant Depot. This is a big selling point and definitely a reason why many people choose to eat here. That being said, there are several areas where I think the restaurant could improve to provide an even better customer experience.

Flavor and Seasoning While it’s great that the meat and other ingredients come from a trusted supplier, I believe the flavor should be the restaurant’s own signature touch. Too often, I’ve received food that tasted bland, with little to no seasoning. A bit more attention to recipes, seasoning balance, and consistency could take the food from “okay” to truly outstanding. Additionally, sometimes the fries are overcooked or even burnt, which affects the overall experience. When this happens, staff at the counter often don’t acknowledge the issue or offer to replace the item — a simple apology or a quick fix would go a long way toward customer satisfaction.

Packaging for Delivery Orders When ordering through apps like DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, the packaging has been a recurring issue. The oil and grease from the food often leak out, soaking through the bag and damaging everything inside. In some cases, the food becomes inedible and ends up in the trash. Better packaging materials and sealing methods would help prevent this and ensure the food arrives in good condition.

Menu Setup and Pricing on Delivery Apps There’s a confusing issue with the menu setup, especially on DoorDash. For example, when ordering a chicken fajita plate, there’s no option to simply choose “chicken only” without also adding another meat like gyro or steak. If a customer wants only chicken, they shouldn’t be forced to select a combination option in order to complete the order.

Also, the pricing is inconsistent across platforms. For instance, a kids’ meal is listed at $11.99 on DoorDash but only $9.99 on Uber Eats. While I understand that prices may vary slightly due to app fees and profit margins, such a big difference feels unfair to customers.

I hope the owner and team see this feedback as constructive rather than negative. This restaurant already has a strong foundation and a loyal customer base, but by addressing these issues — flavor consistency, packaging quality, menu setup, and pricing fairness — they can make the experience even better. Small improvements in these areas would go a long way toward ensuring customers feel valued, respected, and...
