I had a very disheartening experience with this jewelry store. Looks like malni jewelers business only Moto is to make money!! They will only take care of you until you buys ones you do their customers services goes to -5

I would give them -1 star if I could so beware when you shop with them because my family and I was their customers for years Although they didn’t care that I was their regular customer my Family shop here we got my wedding jewelry sets from here as well as my sister wedding gold from here, always come here for any gold jewelry, but this experience I will not be coming back plus I’ll not recommend to my family and friends to This store. PLUS Online prices are way cheaper than in store prices!!

I wanted to speak to the owner twice but unfortunately wasn’t at the store, I hope owner will address the issue. So coming to my experience, they gold bracelet I wanted but didn’t have in stock but it was available online for way cheaper compared to in store price, so they said I can place order with them right now and they will ship and I can come pick it up within a week and they will call me. 1st they never called me I called them 4 times they said delivery didn’t arrive so it’s took 2 weeks for it to come, I needed for my mom b day and unfortunately 20 days wasn’t enough for them to get my order in!! so I ended my giving my mom nothing and told her surprise will arrive soon. For me it was heartbreaking and so embarrassing because her gift not ready, so yesterday I called and told them I’m on my way but my gps said 7:01pm, I informed them I’ll try my best to get there 7pm, but if I late please wait. I arrived 7:01 1 min late, it takes about 54mina from my house and I tried my very best to get there by 7pm. On call they said if I come by 7pm or before they will give to me. Otherwise “NO” because “today it’s slow and they will close and leave”. they closed the outside gate 7:01pm and I called the store 3 times and finally someone answered and I requested them like I was begging. She said sorry we can ship it to you and will take 3-4 days I said no I’m here to pick it up, Payment was already made all I need is my gold bracelet. She said no sorry come tomorrow!! REALLY Got to be kidding me. But there’s so many time when I or someone need to buy they will wait for you so you can buy and take care of you but after ones you do they treat their customers like nothing. It was Terrible customer service with my experience and I’m not sorry and I will not step back in to this store!!! Their so many jewelry stores in DFW with good prices. Why Malani when they don’t treat you right or valued their customers.

We went to the store to get some antique jewelry.At the entrance the lady inform’s us that we need to have a reservation else as it was a weekend the wait time is 20 minutes and the overall time you can spend in that store is 30 minutes and you can only try limited options if you want more time they will make necessary arrangements if possible.They assume that most people who walk into the store wont buy stuff it’s obvious jewelry purchases are big and people need time to compare/analyze and make a decision so they will need time its your job to be patient if you want people to stick with your brand.Our customer support guy was good his name was Vipul. There was a old guy wearing a suit at the billing counter he seemed to be bit impatient and I didn’t like his attitude.Also the other staffs they should concentrate on their customers instead of trying to look and judge the customers with other sales people.You won’t get a breakdown of the price per gram like usually in jewelry store they tell you the breakdown which is not done here that i feel is wrong.They charged blanket 82$ per gram.Also once we paid the bill the guy was like now tell me what will you have for drinks and we were like no thanks.Overall the shop has good collections but the customer service of overall shop is poor however the guy with us Vipul...

Had purchased jewelry for my daughter's wedding last year. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I was not able to get my wedding ring re-sized due to time constraints.

When a link on my daughter's anklet broke, she asked if I could get it fixed (like me, she wears only limited gold ornaments). So, I took the opportunity to visit Malani Jewellers (in Richardson) again - on the weekend of July 4th.

Even though the sales staff was 'new' (didn't recognise any of them) & knowing that I was there only for some 'minor' repair, they were friendly & courteous.

Today, I returned to pick up the 3 items - ring re-sized perfectly; anklet link fixed so beautifully that one has to know why and where to look to find it &, finally, the cross on my chain (blessed during my wedding) has a "new" link to hang on the chain - the link looks like it came with the cross - excellent workmanship.
