I’ve came to this place twice and both times I’ve gone I’ve been disappointed. The first time I came to this place my coworker recommended it for a brazilian wax. I honestly would not recommend it for a brazilian wax just for the fact that they use the same stick over and over again. That to me is not sanitary. If they use that same stick on me, they use it as well with other patients and then dip it in the same wax they use on me. The second time I went was because again, my coworker mentioned she got her lashes done for $25. I had gotten my lashes done before at other places for a bit more expensive so I decided to give it a try there since they looked nice on my coworker but it became a nightmare! as soon as she finished with one side I could literally feel and see the lashes. I tried to work with it so I let her continue with the other side but when I left and I felt my eyelids it honestly hurt really bad! that whole day they were just bothering me. I could not even sleep and my eyelids got puffy. It was the worst experience I had ever felt. I called the next day to ask if they could remove them, they said they dont do removal which made me very upset plus they didn’t want to refund me the money since I barely even had a day with them! they didn’t even give me store credit or anything! i was just very upset and bothered with these lashes and I ended up going to another place to get them removed and I cried of joy when she got them removed bc it was literal hell having those lashes they were not comfortable at all and they didn’t even look nice. never coming back again I was just...

Service is good, price is okay. But, sometimes I feel like they are money minded.

Instead of having a normal conversation, making customer comfortable, and advising about their services, they repeatedly ask while doing a service, whether you want do waxing/facial/hair/massage etc. Not at all friendly. It feels annoying, uncomfortable, and I must say they are money minded.

If more than one service is not done, just for one service they directly ask on face that's it? Why not opting anymore, these questions are irritating as they make weird face asking it, as if I did something wrong.

I want to be a good, regular customer due to their service and price, but this behavior is unacceptable. I might discontinue going. Its far better even if you pay little more price at other place and get it done peacefully, comfortably, respectfully.

Apologize for big comment. But, it is what it is. Real facts. Giving 3 stars for having service good.

Adding to bottom as an update for your respond: I visited your Salon several times, I'm not at wrong place. Why will reveal my direct identity? You do offer henna for hair, hot oil massage for hair, instead of specifying I generalized. I hope you understand and make your customer's comfortable.

Amazing EVERYTHING!!! I was looking for a place online that does eyebrow threading and/or waxing in Richardson. I came across this place near my job in Richardson. I was going through the reviews and came across some really wonderful and awesome reviews. I was excited and couldn’t wait any longer to hurry up and get my eyebrows done so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment online (great tool btw) for today, Wednesday, December 4th 2019 for 5:30pm. Anyways with all that said I got off from work at 5:25pm and was rushing to get out of that place as fast as possible so I wouldn’t miss my appointment (I’m only 5 minutes away). I went ahead and gave them a call to apologize and let them know I was running a few minutes late. The lady on the phone was as sweet and polite as possible. I then arrived ten minutes after my call and they welcomed me with a smile and their sweet kindness. I apologized again and they said it was no problem. The lady that assisted me (didn’t get her name... I feel bad) with threading and tinting my eyebrows was really sweet and took her time with all the patience in the world. Wow!!! My eyebrows look AMAZING AND FLAWLESS!!!! This is the BEST place to come and get your eyebrows threaded/waxed/tinted/etc. I’m overall happy with what she’s done to...
