Service is very slow restaurant was crowded customers were confused employees even more so I used to like Arby's listening is good for fast food restaurants as far as service it was acceptable but not this time not this place this was seriously a place that I would never eat it again after what I experienced that day the food was terrible and I just had a shakeable feeling that something was not right about the food honestly I felt sick walking out the door the employees were apparently all part of the same family or so it seems they're all except for the manager African-American what's the single only white person back there and obviously the manager the wise guy who aside from the shirt he was wearing you would have never thought was the manager he had no idea what was going on and about half of them Place work then why didn't save it to me just having a good time taking advantage of a cake job that had no meaning other than money and the other half seem to be borderline developmentally disabled and send lost and confused as to where they even were better than what they're supposed to be doing there was singing scuffles yelling Gatorland your name is going on behind that counter and in that kitchen it was a absolute circus I literally I'll probably never forget this the real experience of that restaurant in the atmosphere and side those doors that I experienced on that disgusting day of...
Read moreOver the years, most of my Arby’s visits have been fine. Everyone knows what they do, and they do it pretty well. But today I relearned what I should have presumed with most restaurants, especially fast food chains. Instead of getting the usual roast beef sandwich, I tried their heavily promoted Wagyu steak burger. To give them the benefit of the doubt, I’m sure the raw Wagyu hamburger was good before they cooked it. I’ve had a variety of Wagyu beef dishes before, and they’re usually pretty good. But I should have doubted the wisdom of getting a burger at a non-burger chain. (Kind of like getting a McRib at McDonald’s or anything but chicken at KFC). This burger have every last ounce of life cooked out of it. It clearly had been left on the grill by a cook that doesn’t do burgers much for probably twice the time it should have. The result was a hard (not quite hockey puck hard, but getting there) and completely moistureless attempt at a burger. To be fair, I don’t really fault Arby’s (much). They’re not a burger chain, so there’s no reason to believe they would get it right at some random store in Richfield, Minnesota. I mostly fault myself for not predicting the result. I’ll probably go back to Arby’s again when I’m in the mood for a roast beef sandwich. But I have permanently crossed them off my list for another...
Read moreFor starters, the sign says dine is open "Ten-2" right below drive-thru until 11 which can be misleading. Maybe not to everyone but when I saw it I thought the inside was open so parked, got out of my car, tried the door and it was locked. Maybe try putting actual times on the board. Small thing but come on.....make things clear.
I work 5 minutes from this location and left myself a 1/2 an hour to get my meal and make it to work on time. Because of the misunderstanding of the sign, how long the drive-through took, and something was forgotten in my order (so I had to get out of my car once again and walk back to the drive-through window to get it) I ended up being 5 minutes late for work.
I understand drive-through is busy when that's the only option but it still should not take almost 30 minutes to get a single order. It isn't like I ordered 4 meals or something.
At least the guy was nice about it and apologized. Maybe I'm nit picking but this is just the latest of several bad experiences at this location recently. Come to think of it, fast food in general has gone way downhill...
