Ordered soft pretzels (10/02/24) and they were too hard to eat. Called next day and was advised that replacement coupon would sent. I wish that was the end. Waited two weeks and nothing came. Called again (2nd call - 10/17) and was informed by the "assistant manager" that he can't resolve the matter but he will call the manager and the manager would call next day. Nothing. Called (3rd call - 10/21) again and another "assistant manager" said my name is on "the board" and the manager, Anthony, will be in the next day, which is Tuesday (10/22). Nothing. Now I'm out here looking poor trying to get compensated for these dang pretzels. Lol. If I had known it'd would've taken this energy to get what I paid for I would've just eaten the hard pretzels with a smile. Unfortunately, I'm in too deep now and so I'm just writing this review and emailing corporate (I'll use AI to write that email so I don't waste too much more time/energy).
This location is 3 blocks away so I'll continue going and so will all you other locates. This message is for the passers by that have all the options this areas has to provide. Skip this place if you want to get what you pay for and want entire order to be edible. They will mess something up 50% of the time. No sauce, over cooked chicken strips/pretzels, no spoon for blizzard, etc. Also, if you're going to give teenagers the title of assistant manager, it might be nice to empower them to send a coupon in the mail. Especially, if you're to busy to be bothered to do it yourself or to show up to the store more than once a week. I've certainly been patient and graceful...
Read moreOn 4/12 about 12:30 -12:40 my family and I went to this DQ. We were calling with another family expecting to come in order and sit down but that wasn’t the case. The doors were locked. No sign on the door or anything explaining why. The family that arrived at the same time as mine pulled on the door a few times and no luck. There were people inside line that looked directly outside to see us but they nor employees opened the door. That family left and as we were about to an employee came to start her shift and she couldn’t get in either. I asked her if she knew why the doors were locked but she didn’t know as she just got there. She said she’ll call her manager which she did. After a few minutes her manager came to open the door but quickly closed it to like she didn’t want my family and I to come in. Which was very odd for a place that is clearly open for business. So the employee scurried in and the manager quickly closed the door. I didn’t even get a chance to ask anything with how quick she closed the door. It was very rude and uncalled for. I will say that after this experience I will not be spending my money here and while this is a big corporation that doesn’t care one way or another , I’m choosing to spend my money elsewhere where . This was a horrible experience that may have been a mistake but I guess I...
Read moreI would typically rate this dairy queen more stars but after my experience yesterday even 1 star is being generous. From the moment I placed my order th customer service was terrible. The woman at window was just rude. I wasn't sure it was that she couldn't understand my order or if she was having a bad day. When I arrived at the window and was given the blizzard in my order they didn't hold it upside down which is their thing. "If it's not upside down the next one is free". I mention this to the young guy and here comes the woman that takes the order, fire blazing. She stated they dont do that because of Covid(her exact words). Which doesn't make any sense to me because their menu states that in very large visible letters. She continued to argue with me and told me it was common sense as to why they don hold them upside down. This was a horrible experience and this this woman needs to be dealt with or this location will lose so many customers Based off other reviews, I see I'm not the only one that has experienced her and her attitude. Not a good look...
