December 17th 7:00 pm this occurred just in case the owner who was not there but was impersonated by a worker there that was older in his 40's, decides to take action. I called in for a delivery which I routinely get from Adrian's because I really like their pizza but an hour later I got a call asking what the address was again I told them the correct address. I called back 30 minutes later to give further directions if needed and, without my knowledge my delivery pizza became a pick up order..... I went to pick up the pizza and a group of employees were smoking marijuana in the parking lot it smelled heavily in the air and I saw them passing a pipe a few minutes later I saw them working in the kitchen. I went in to get my pizza and they had not only cancelled my order but never made the pizzas. The person who was impersonating the owner I believe was very high also because I asked him if had been smoking marijuana also and informed him of the group of employees smoking in the parking lot he giggled like a child and smiled at me with red glossy eyes. Offered me no discount for my inconvenience and struggled to tell me that my address and number had been written down incorrectly, after what I encountered in the parking lot it's no wonder they didnt inform me of the cancelled order and managed to mess up important information such as the address and phone number. This was much worse than the description above it is too much detail to get into...

We ordered a pizza and cheese fries. We get home and it's bacon cheese fries. No big deal but we don't want to have the bacon because the bacon on their cheese fries will get too crispy/burnt for our taste. We called after we got home and called to see if we could return and swap it with regular cheese fries. We were just in the store about 5 minutes earlier as we called as soon as we noticed it was wrong.
What I assumed would be a simple fix over a simple mistake turned into a five minute almost argument on the phone. The manager made the employee who answered the phone play messenger and had her ask us increasingly accusatory questions in a way that makes it clear he thinks we were just trying to get something for free or something.
If that wasn't enough then when my wife goes to swap out the item with what we wanted, she heard the employees in the kitchen mock her for it. I'm not expecting concierge customer service from a pizza place but sure wasn't expecting to be insulted for trying to get something corrected.
It was our first time ordering in a few months after being nearly weekly customers and I can't see ourselves coming back...

I ordered a steak wedgie and got almost no toppings, a tiny layer of cheese which just rips off the crust like an old sticker (GROSS), has a few green pepper peices, almost no onions which by the way are cold, and almost no steak at all... The way I described doesn't even give you a good enough image for you, I wish I could post a picture on here on this. When I called to complain, the first person told me they come with Italian dressing, then when I asked to speak to a manager and was told no dressings unless ordered. Ok watever, but about the wedgie? She had me hold on I'm assuming to talk to the person cooking cuz when she got back to the fone she told me there was nothing hey could do. Really Adrian's pizza? You care that little about your customers that you rip them off? That's fine, I'm going to Pizza Hut or Dominos for now on. Thanks for ruining our one night a week to order out. I will not provide money to a business who doesn't give 1 care in the world about who they are providing...
