I forgot my 2 for 6 coupon and the woman told me I would have to go get it if I wanted that price. I was off put but circled around and decided that it wasn't worth me driving back home to get it. I pulled back through and ordered the menu deal of 2 sandwiches for 7 dollars..... I pull away and find out that we paid full price for 6 sandwiches. The only saving grace is they were warm even though the meat was lacking.

While the area seemed clean, when the soda machine kicks on(about ever 3 mins) it sounds like a small engine plane is taking off. Not the best, quiet atmosphere you expect for a fast food place.

I typically love arby's but but this particular one was was a little par they were understaffed Just like everybody else is Not only did we wait in line at the drive-through for a significantly long time but once we got our order They informed me That they were out of a specific sauce that I only get at arby's What a disappointment if I would have known I wouldn't have ordered. They had no problem posting a sign that their dining room was closed Why couldn't they post saying that they were out of a product I understand personnel and supply issues But this just seems irresponsible Maybe I'm just nit picking but that's how I...

I tried to get the 5 for $5 on the app but I couldn't figure it out. The girl on the drive thru intercom told me to come in and they would help me with the app. So I went inside the store and not one person tried to help me. Everyone ignored me and the manager couldn't even stop for 2 minutes to look at the app. She had no idea what to do either and even though I was standing there, showing her the app, she said she couldn't give me the discount. The manager should have stopped what she was doing and at least looked at the app, there were enough employees standing around that she could have made time.The...

Drive thru had a seemingly long line of cars, but it actually moved rather quickly! Faster then most Fast Food places in the area. Food was still enjoyable, even when I got home which is about 30 min. away. Had the usual Beef n' Cheddar! Plus the Orange Creamsicle Shake, which I Highly recommend! You won't be left disappointed! The large is GIGANTIC, so I opted for a medium, which is the size of a large at any other chain restaurant. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they do not offer online ordering at...
