Frank's Trattoria — Restaurant in Richland Township

We went an hour before closing. Finished 20m before closing. Staff seemed put out we were there. Pizza was ok. We had been there before for pasta and had a good experience, but will not go back again after tonight. We had 4 slices of pizza left, and the waitress stacked the pieces and squeezed it in a tiny box. When she brought it to us, we asked for another since we also had garlic knots, and my son didn't finish his slice. She brought us a 4x4 inch stryfoam container to, I guess roll his slice up and squeeze garlic knots in with. When I asked for another box, she said she was being efficient for us. I said I'd like a box and she a said they only had 3 small ones left and she couldn't give me one. She said she stacked the pieces carefully, and she could squeeze the rest in. 5 slices and garlic knots and asked if that'd be good. I said I'd like a box, and there are hundreds right there. She said she'd get us a bag and asked if that'd be good. At that point, I said I guess we don't have a choice. She said yea and got us a bag. We never did get the garlic knots boxed. Getting home, of course, bottom slices were stuck to the top of the plate from being stacked. We could see lots of boxes she just wouldn't give us one. I'm...

I love their pizza but was charged $17 for a personal pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, and bruschetta. And 2 sodas. Totally ridiculous. Especially, since we were there 2 weeks ago and ordered the same thing except it was a medium pizza with same toppings, a pizza wheel and 2 drinks for $23. The waitress barely spoke English and failed to inform us the bruschetta topping has chicken. Yes, new to me as well. But to our surprise was very delicious. I'm just super disappointed that when my fiance went to talk to the woman at the counter she was very ignorant and wasn't listening to what he was saying. Very good pizza but not worth the hassle or outrageous price. If I knew how much it was going to cost I would have just got the same thing as last time. Thought I was getting the same thing but the waitress insisted it was the personal pie with 6 slices which it wasn't and only 4 slices. 4 small slices split between 2 people for $17 friggin dollars!!! They lost a good paying customer who ordered frequently. I love their pizza but can't bring myself to pay their ridiculous prices. So so...

Stopped for a cheese steak. Roll was large, toasted and fresh, but WHERES THE BEEF?? A hot dog would have filled the roll more than the provided meat. Steak meat was similar to Steak-um. When we presented our empty roll to the waiter he assured us they provide 8 oz of steak meat in each sandwich. If there was 6-8 small fork fulls of steak that would be the most provided here. The waiter offered to provide more meat which was promptly declined by the manager. The manager never came over, avoided eye contact and never offered a replacement sandwich or menu item for our empty roll sandwich. What a disappointment. We have eaten dinners here before with no complaints, however do not eat a sandwich here unless of course you enjoy eating an empty roll. I guess this explains why the restaurant was empty...
