This is my Starbucks I generally go to 2 to 3 times a week because it’s closest to my house. Normally Starbucks employees are at the same level as Chick-fil-A. They treat you with kindness and respect and go out of their way to really make you feel welcome.
Well, that was not the case today. I left the drive-through almost ready to cry. My order went smoothly over the microphone but then when I got to the window and asked to use my stars and offered my phone, she scanned it and came back and said the price again and I said “I want to use my stars” for the second time. She then goes in a very condescending rude attitude, “You need to tell me that first”. Which I responded I already did. She walked away and proceeded to make fun of my order and say how weird it was.
I have obviously worked in retail and I know people talk smack on customers but it’s usually when they can’t hear you. I’m totally disgusted and I will never return to this location again. I’m canceling my credit card. I want nothing to do with this company. Very rude employees. That’s not how you treat people because you don’t know what kind of impact you’re making and what their personally...
Read moreI went to this location to get breakfast and I won't be returning. The older person at the window lost my online order and made it seem like it was my fault. It took the same amount of time, if not longer, for my online order than if I just ordered at the speaker. I eventually got my order. I believe they forgot my extra shot of espresso, but I had other problems. The older person kept misgendering me repeatedly while I was at the window. I normally disregard it and move on with my day but I was literally wearing a 2inch across pronoun pin on my work lanyard that was around my neck! Do better Starbucks. Pay attention to your customers. I called your customer service as well and they weren't any help either. They disregarded my concerns and thought I was just calling because I didn't get my order, which I never said to them. I haven't supported Starbucks for MONTHS and it looks like I won't be doing so anytime in the...
Read moreI visit Starbucks regularly (at least 3-4 times/week) for myself and family. Although we rotate between about 3 locations, Grandview Crossing is one I go to during the week after dropping my daughter off at school. By no means am I asking for free Starbucks, but when I spend over $100/week at their location, you would think they would have the business acumen to not degrade a customer and try to tell me that “I’m cheating their system” by the way I order my drink through THEIR app. Asking to have your drink prepared the way you want should not be a crime nor should it be something I have to argue with the barista about on my way to work in the morning. I don’t have this issue at other locations so when possible, I ll be trying to go to the Starbucks in Hampton vs Gibsonia...
