How humiliating and petty. These kids need customer service training.
My 2 young kids wanted to go here for ice cream, they had coupons for a free scoop of ice cream each. We go in, kids order their scoops, we have coupons in our hand the whole time. We go to checkout and the girl rings us up, then her co worker (another young child) leans over and makes a comment that âthose coupons are only for kids scoopsâ, which made the teller uncomfortable like she did something wrong, i told her we didnât know what the difference is, it just says âfree scoopâ and that the coupon should be clearer (it doesnât says âkids sizeâ or âshow us coupon ahead of timeâ, any regular customer service person would have the decency to just let us know what to do next time and be on our wayâŚ.. these kid employees wanted to beat a dead horse (in front of my children and in front of other customers) which was quite embarrassing and awkward about if Iâd like to use the coupons next time and I how much we were going to owe?!! Or if we would rather have them scoop some ice cream out of the scoops (kids already had been handed them) Really?! How ridiculous!! My kids were the ones asking for the ice cream scoops, what the heck you giving the kids adult size scoops without asking anyways to then chastise or make a big deal about it at checkout? Doesnât make much sense. They legit asked for the ice cream back from any of us that didnât get âlicked alreadyâ so they could scoop out part of the scoop. At which point we decided we would leave the ice cream on counter and politely leave, dairy queen is just across street, so thatâs where we went and thatâs where Iâll be going for ice cream from here on out. How embarrassing for me and my kids. LEARN SOME SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1 oz of ice cream isnât worth losing a long term customer over. See you at DQ...

7/30/16 at 5-5:30pm: My Mom, her friend, his son, my nephew and I go into the Baskin Robbins on Gage BLVD for ice cream, as the 2 young ladies behind the counter dish up our whole order one of them hands my mother her ice cream cone. Within seconds of receiving the ice cream the whole cone falls a part causing her ice cream to fall on the floor BEFORE she even got to eat any of it. The 2 girls both said we had to pay for the ice cream even though we didn't eat any of it (It went immediately into the trash can because it was un-save-able) So after a bit of a fuss we pay and decide we are just going to talk to the manager by explaining the situation and show him the receipt as proof....the two girls "Couldn't" give us a receipt....and tried hand writing one for us but honestly what good would that have done? So we left after we were told that the manager came in on Monday and that they couldn't remake the cone without charging us for it (Again) I will definitely be talking to the manager. Not about the girls in general but about the stores policy and that fact that the two girls had NO TRAINING on how to get the machine to re-print a receipt or how to refund for just that 1 ice cream...or even handle an...

I want to start off by saying that I hate giving bad reviews or even going out of my way to do so. But... man oh man, this evening was a train wreck.
I went in with my wife and she got a cone and a couple of scoops. I asked for a banana split and the look on the young ladyâs face was sheer horror. She actually even said, âOh, Iâve never made one before.â Then the other young man working instructed her to âmake it look like the pictureâ and pointed to the menu. Once it was all said and done she handed me the banana split and the look at it and looked at me and said, âIâm sorryâ and shrugged her shoulders. And to top it all off... the banana split was nearly $9 and made with...
