Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Richland

Don't ever get a gift card from Papa Johns. Their gift card system sucks. The card wouldn't authorize and if you try it multiple times apparently they put an "11-20 min hold" on your gift card so it just keeps declining it no matter what.

I finally just called the store. I figured I could call the and order over the phone but they told me they don't have a clue about gift cards just gave me the online number. Which of course was in India. The guy repeated every word I said back to me slowly and asked me if that's what I said the entire time then told me it would be 11-20 minutes hold time. All in all it's going to take me around 40 min to order pizza using a gift card and that's if it decides to work after this 11-20 min hold. What a terrible system in desperate need of updating.

Edit: Waited 15 min and tried again. STILL DIDN'T WORK. Gave a new error message. Had to call customer service again. They had me wipe my entire browser history. Had to order the entire thing again and it finally worked. I haven't eaten Papa Johns in 3 years and this was such a pain I will likely never eat Papa Johns again. The only reason we had this gift card was because my wife mixed up Papa Johns and Papa Murphys. The Papa got a shot to impress on a mistake and...

We ordered for delivery and waited almost an hour. I called to follow up on it and the manager told me he just left and it will be another 10 minutes. I live not even 5 minutes away. I said okay and I would wait. 15 minutes later he is still not there. I called and said I just wanted to drive and pick it up, the manager stated it would be ready when I got there but when I arrived he told me it would be another 20 minutes. We originally ordered our food at 5:30 and didn't get it till 7:15. I was upset, the manager then said he would refund my order and comp our food. He still has not done so. I asked that he refund the tip and delivery fee for the driver because I had to drive out to pick up the food and he said he would. He still hasn't refunded me and it's been almost a week.
