So… this might be the worst sandwich place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I would give 0 stars for everything if I could.
My family and I went to Graze Kennewick on a trip, and I was very hungry and was approaching hangry territory (which would be bad for everybody). We walked in and were greeted by the meanest food-service person I’ve ever met. If you walk into this place and a blue-haired girl with multiple face piercings is working then just turn around! She greeted us by saying “We close in 10 minutes so you better hurry and also you can only order cold food” which was very rude. I ordered the ceaser salad and the grilled chicken bacon sandwich and both were inedible- and I was hungry so even mediocre food would have been edible. And we couldn’t even complain because we were forced to do take out regardless of our preferences. The ceaser dressing tasted like vomit and I was given what might have been a rock-solid piece of bread or maybe a chunk of croutons in a bread shape (I’m honestly not sure but I am not going to break a tooth on this!). The sandwich was just as disgusting and disappointing. It was 90% bread, and not even good bread- it was the gummy sticky kind that just fills your mouth with a sickly sweet flavor. I couldn’t taste any of the interior items in the sandwich but given the quality of the rest of this experience they probably were not good. None of the food was edible even though I was HUNGRY so then we had to go to Fred Meyer to get something decent. Restaurants should serve better food than a grocery store!
Do not go to this place if you like eating and being happy. RUN if the blue haired girl is working if you want to be treated like a human being. I would give this place -10...
Read moreUsually I have a good experience at Graze, however, today I did not. Short on time and waiting in line at Costco I thought ahead and called Graze to put in a to go order. They answered politely and took my order. I arrived 15 minutes later which is usually how long it takes to get your food dining in during peak hours. There was only 3 couples there two sitting down, one waiting for their food the second couple eating and the third waiting for their order by the door. I walked up to the counter and waited. One of the workers was restocking the already half full drinks, one making and preparing food and the other in the back. I waited another few minutes before the employee cooking said someone will be right with you, when the employee from the back came out. I told her I had a to go order and she replied she is just finishing up and proceeded to take my payment. After an additional 5 minutes the cook was done with the sandwich and placed it next to the register. The employee who took my payment was helping another couple that came in which took roughly another 5 minutes and finally took their payment.
The employee then walked around looked at some orders and then started to prepare dine in orders while my order sat next to the register getting cold. When the dine in orders were complete she brings them over to the register and only then puts my order in a bag and says here's your order and walks away. No smile, no thank you, no sense in how to effectively run a business. Other than a piece of bone in the now cold steak torta it was good but the whole experience which should have been quick and positive was negative and a waste of my time. I'll reconsider my dining options...
Read morePlace used to be a great option! Waited to put in a review as I know every experience isn't going to be great and can have many factors as why maybe there was a day it was not great... so I let it go the first time. Today, I went back in ordered to dine in.. customer service isn't as great, friendly and personalized as it used to be. Order took almost half an hour ( just like last time)keep in mind, this was way past lunch time. I finally got my meal and rushed through it to gey back to work. The person who delivered it placed it infront of me and left before I could say anything. Didn't ask if I needed anything else, didn't even gave a smile. The sandwich was sloppy with huge full slices of soggy tomatoes and the bottom slice was mushy. Makes me think maybe it had been seating in the back for a while and thats why it took forever to be delivered( same as last time). Starbucks chicken caprese are better and make these look like they were put together by a 7 yeat old ( no offense to the tiny humans) The whole experience from beginning to end gave a bitter taste both from the interaction, presentation and taste of the product.. ugh. New management ? New employees? How about a retraining of some sort...bring back the nice personalized staff and amazing...
